Thank you for posting this video do you have more of them? Love The Cadillacs love the Buicks love the old Chevy pickups and the Ford vans and the old Dodge 69 to 72
I think the otherwise, that driver focused dash looked so damn cool and the overall look of the DeVille on '69 and '70 were just perfect. Imo, the last beautiful classic Cadillac.
The artistic concept for the dash was very attractive but the cheap hard plastics and flimsy construction of the dash was unbelievably inappropriate for Cadillac. All GM cars had this issue in 69-early 70’s but the higher expectations of a car like a Cadillac made it seem worse. I had a 1970 Eldorado back in the 80’s and it was so disappointing when you’d sit in the car and look at a dash that would look more at home in a Chevy nova.
I like the 1970 front end and the hubcaps for the Deville and Fleetwood. I'm making a set where they have the wreath around the crest in the little small circle and make the small circle red they should look fantastic. Getting the wreaths is very pricey. Near impossible to find new ones.
400 hp! Wow!
Even the _pistons_ wore miniskirts in 1970...hubba hubba!
I remember being highly annoyed that GM bean counters omitted the “V” for ‘70 and ‘71. It returned in 1972.
i wish my '70 still had the V too
i almost wanna just get one and superglue it
The car reviews evolved a lot since then...but I quite like this type of presentation...and this Cadillac..is fantastic :)
Gas was 28 cents a gallon...who cares if your car gets 9 miles per gallon!!

Never saw this video, pretty cool.
Awesome! The pricing even more awesome! Though this almost 50 yrs ago.
You would think the video was only taken yesterday! 😂
Sher would have been nice if the 71 2 and 73 would had a 10 to 1 piston ratio
1969--70 Caddy dashes were the ugliest plastic dashes of all years in Caddy ....so cheap looking for such a luxury car
