When things get this hard for you , sit down open a Bible to any page and begin to read ,even if it's for 10 minutes. It will surely help you . Look at the good in your life be thankful for working. I've been there .. if your honest hard working and your word means something to you and you have good solid morals . Then your a man among men. Self worth is everywhere if your a good decent person. Been there, done that and it's a not so nice trip to hll... Let me give you some advice. 1, you're screwed only if you trow the towel. Rise you head, straighten your spine,l and face it with all your might. 2. Focus only on the fight you have to. What you have power to change are your fight, the others are not. 3. Face it alone and your way. Take advices if you have to but don't rely too much on others and if you have to rely, then only on thoses you trust with your life. And finaly 4.ll Love yourself. Like me in the past, you may neglect yourself too much. Take time for yourself doing what you like. Trust me, it work miracle.
