    we have deactivated Zoho Social as it was unusefull and disctractive. 1. We have about 2000 contacts (clients in CRM) and when we connected Zoho Social (with facebook business page), it started to create new contacts (actually duplicating our database), yes we could merge this contacts manualy, but it needed a lot of clicks per for merging 2 contacts. 2. Zoho Social field in "Contacts" doesn't allow to add clients facebook profile to some contact manually. We could only wait until client will do some actions in facebook, then we should find his actions in "sales signals", go to new created contacts and merge.
    So finally we deactivated it.
    When you will do Zoho Social usefull and convenient - let us know. We will happy to use it.

    Why do you delete comments?
    You can use it as instrument of getting feedback and improving the product, but you prefer to delete comments of your clients and delete it.

      Deleting comments? We're not too sure about which video or comment you're referring to but if we did we're sorry. We try our best to respond to everyone.

      I dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a method to get back into an Instagram account??
      I stupidly forgot the login password. I love any tips you can give me.
