Odds are that it's also not a place where you have sound reverberation control which definitely makes a big deal.
I like how bungie goes "huh, everyone is kinda stuck using damage mods on every weapon. Maybe we should just make that intrinsic so they can use other stuff" and then everyone immediately switches to using nothing but backup mag
I’m using a counterbalance on my midnight coup. Back up mag for nearly everything else though.
Because there is literally nothing else worth slotting for PVE. I feel like some of the less popular perks should be converted into mods, but at reduced strength, so that at least we have viable options.
I'd be surprised if they didn't depreciate Backup mag too. On most weapons it adds maybe 2-3 extra shots and depending on the weapon, that doesn't mean much. On Snipers it's what? 1 shot? WOOOOO BIG DAMAGE
I think they mentioned they were adding more weapon mods but yeah. I mean there are some weapons that don't get benefits from backup mag so other stuff like quick access sling and rarely counterbalance won't be terrible
@@DeanVarney Certain weapon rolls benefit massively from the extra one or two shots. Specifically special shotguns and snipers w/ FTTC or Triple Tap. Sometimes that extra shot or two gives multiple additional shots.

Very unlikely. Is too late for them to make any meaningful changes for the launch so there isn't much reason for them having anyone play testing at this point unless it was just getting thoughts on damage numbers for the sandbox

So glad I was lazy about crafting Zaouli’s Bane and just kept the harrowed one. Got one with incandescent explosive back in plunder and have used it ever since

You can already adjust the first two columns on RoN adept weapons. I was disappointed that we won't be able to adjust them for the shiny Brave weapons. There are a couple ones I have that miss the godroll for just one perk

iirc the tradeoff is that you can enhance both traits in 3rd and 4th columns.
The first 2 columns being the barrel and mag perks correct?
I hoped we could change master work of adepts too , i am sad its not a thing

I really hope one day we can have 4 perks in the craftable rolls, just to be able to cut time with swaping weapons or having to make multiple weapons that have several nice combos, this could be tied to level of the weapon
I just want to save vault space, I mean it's faster to swap from a PvE gun to a PvP copy with different perks than going in and swapping perks on the same gun, but I'd rather save the space
This should’ve been addressed years ago, they really haven’t touched crafting at all besides the resource stuff. It’s such a bummer

Im so happy finally able to enhance my adept weapons I got while doing master raids and holding onto them feels great now.
I'm glad we can enhance weapons from more sources, especially the newly refreshed good ones from prophecy. I want these last two weeks to end already, I need that solar rocket sidearm from TFS in my hand for solar synergy.
I got an adept Acasias dejection but only single set or perks so it’s not worth keeping because it came with frenzy and another mediocre perk for a trace rifle. Some adepts drop with double perks while others in this instance I explained above dont

I was just doing week 2 caretaker last night and we got plat and i got an adept cataclysmic with FTTC & BnS. Very happy ill be able to enhance it snd change the mag and barrel!!

Wanna know what would’ve been an absolute plot twist? If I’m the last week of pantheon they added one of the Leviathan encounters as the last boss. Like the cabal guy where you all had to throw the bombs at him and go up in space to see the symbols. Now that would’ve been sick

Does enhancement only include buffing the perks of the gun, or will I be able to change masterworks/barrels? If I can at least change the masterwork that changes everything on a 4/5 adept mindbender’s and I don’t have to grind for matador anymore.

Honest question, one of the last point was about getting rid of unobtainable items from your inv. Does that mean my old iron banner tokens are being forcfully deleted?

We should be able to change the masterwork on any weapon, flat out. It was a feature in D1, should be in D2

They should move the relic to the Tower either with Banshee or Ada-1 not sure how they'd do it in lore, but could make some sense after The Witness has been killed.
Adept weapons can already change first 2 column.

Maybe they should also allow secondary perks on your Crafted weapons after Level 30, just so you can also use that same gun but with PVP/E Perks instead of crafting a different one

I literally deleted my vault only keeping crafted weapons and weapons that were already stated being brought over to the new system 2 months ago. Now this whole pool is being brought over as well. I such idiot. Had a God Roll Hot Head Adept just deleted. Learned my lesson, keep everything always.

So we can dismantle all Mementos in postmaster and we'll be all good right we still have those we just dismantle in inventory and we have momento in (memento keeper) and we can dismantle memento in postmaster amd they will also go to the (memento keeper) inventory
It should be adepts in general get to have all 4 columns crafted. Enhance the last 2 but customize the first 2 columns. The adept raid weapons have been like that, not sure why they are saying it like its a new thing.

Also you zero hour guide didn't tell where the map was for the burn floor on legend. It's not in the same spot as normal
Glad they reduced the glimmer cost for fragments. I did the math recently and it costs a new player about 4.2 million glimmer to acquire all fragments across all character classes currently.
We all thought they were unsunsetting our weapons, but instead they are auto-deleting them and letting us buy them again from a new collections tab, only they won’t be sunset when we buy them.
Finally, we gone back to D1 with that mic 😂
