Similar to other champs that have an important long range spell like Nidalee, it helps cancel out one important spell. Also the other smites are pretty useless on Jarvan.
But what if your power farming was bad this game and forcing fights would’ve been the right play if you joined your team? With 10k gold and so much exp lead, shouldn’t you be in the position to end the game if Urgot doesn’t recall, and even then? Your botlane was godlike and your comp can engage, dive and chase down at any point. Im a noob so idk, but maybe you should consider that this game could’ve been over before 20. A bad call that everybody follows is better than a good call that nobody follows. Maybe that’s what’s holding you back :D Have a nice week
