How to make d best lebanese kebbeh nayeh🇱🇧اطيب كبة نية على طريقتي 🤍🤤

  • 👩🏻‍🍳ingredients:
    1:1 kilo & 1/2 kilo kebbeh nayeh
    2:1 cup soft burghul (cracked wheat)
    3:1large onion
    4:7 to 8 leaves mint
    5: 4 leaves basil
    6:3 small red chilli 🌶
    7:salt to taste
    8:pepper (add if u like) 😌
    💁🏼‍♀️method :
    1:place the soft burghul in deep plate and rinse it then soaked in a cold water about 10 minutes.
    2:after 10 min squeeze it to get ride of as much water as possible. Place one the side
    3:put the green mints, basil, chilli and onion in a food processor and mix them very well.
    4:put the kebbeh nayeh in a large bowl ,add the wet burghul and salt and mix it in ur hands very well.
    5:add the green mix and mix the all ingredients very good.
    Note 😌: while u mixing it u can wet ur hands with cold water.
    6: put it in a serve plate 😋😋😋and eat it with fatoush or tabouleh , fried chips ..... yummmmy and enjoyyy 👌🏼
