And yes, while they are technically not bad guys, both Goku and Bulma deserve to go to hell, Bulma did a lot of questionable stuff in the original Dragonball, plus messing up timelines, and Goku's only fights because he likes fighting most of the time, and if you think about it, thanks to the Universe arc, he may have surpassed past villains actions by getting multiple universes erased, and kinda got away with it. Also, the song is a sad rick and morty style version of Ultimate Battle.
Archadianite Goku actually saved all the Universes by giving them a chance at survival. They were gonna get erased anyways, but because Goku suggested the TOP, Zeno thought the Earthlings could do anything and so the Multiverse was spared.
