Do I have to cut the branches back. I just bought one 2 weeks ago and had it put into a new pot because the roots were coming out at the bottom. Is it ultimately necessary to prune the tree. I love mine. I had 2 over the years and they died. I didn't know how to look after them. Thank you for your help. Hope you have a beautiful day.

If you want to keep it small and tidy, pruning will be necessary. Otherwise it will grow out over time and either become very leggy or shrub-like.
What fertalizer do you use? And how much how often do you use it? Very hard to find info of this for indoor bonsai lol😂
Tbh I simply use a balanced allrounder liquid fertilizer for indoor plants from the garden center, nothing specific for bonsai 😅
And how often roughly?
@@tony7777777tony The liquid fertilizer I use every one to two weeks during growth season and maybe once a month or even less during dormancy.
