Hi Jithin, I followed your steps, but seems like I the module I created in Rslogix 5000 is faulted, can't connect to the robot. I am using a switch and creating my own network kinda, and placed my pc IP address under the same IP address as my PLC excluding the last digits, I would appreciate your assistance when possible. Hello friend, I have the same issue. Generic Ethernet module can't reach the robot, on the robot side the Ethernet Adapter slot 1 is online but never running. Could you solve it?

Yes, I tried multiple times to cold start to robot and then connect.

I see that you have an OPC connection, is that necessary for ethernet communication with the PLC and Roboguide??
Not really. That OPC connection was from previous testing. I haven't removed it.
