Driven by your fondness for Brompton bags of all types? I've tried a few .... Brompton soft bag (wheels on bottom), Brompton Hard Case, and Carradice soft bag (rolls up and attaches to saddle/seat tube for carrying, and least costly but very well made). This one from Vincita would seem the most portable/storable while offering good Brompton protection in the airplane hold? I haven't tried using the Carradice roll up bag and putting the bike in the airplane overhead locker ... not sure it can fit as carry on luggage, or not declaring a bike (and paying the usual charge to airline) would mean ejection from the flight.

What are the dimensions of the bag with the wheels removed? I was trying to see if this would be considered oversized luggage with an airlines using 62 linear inches as their standard.

Blimey Julian, not only did you go to a school where even the girls roamed the corridors tooled up with knives, but there are rioters outside breaking your windows as you made this (4:43 was definitely the library windows in the west wing going...). True dedication to your viewers that - Kate Adie herself would be proud!
Now, if GCN were to sign you up to make videos I'd go back to watching their guff in a heartbeat - this is Hutchings at his best!

I own this bag. Literally every time I used it to travel, something ended up broken on my bike. It’s not a good product. Save yourself some money in replacement parts and get yourself the hard case.
