Funny: one guy was walking with Uniqlo which is great for minimalism and functionality, but it doesn’t quite align with the old money aesthetic in street style. The vibe leans more towards timeless luxury and understated high-end pieces, which Uniqlo’s mass-market approach doesn’t fully capture.
You’re absolutely right - Uniqlo offers practicality, but it doesn’t quite align with the old money aesthetic. Timeless luxury often leans towards unique, high-end pieces that tell a story
These guys are way too pretty and dressed up to be old money, imo. Old money doesn’t parade up and down Bond street. However many of them are very well dressed.
Interesting perspective! Old money style is subtle and understated, but Bond Street definitely attracts some well-dressed individuals pushing those boundaries.
Agree. The very fact that we are talking about old and money gives away the style. Often, we don’t have enough money to buy new things yet you still know how to style yourself and be elegant. Flashy isn’t part of it for sure.
I love the loafer no socks look with shorts in the summer. There's something about an Oxford shirts with sleeves rolled up (or not) with plaid shorts and the handsome simple loafers with no socks that make the look in my opinion.
2:12 I was with my mother carrying her bags and entering Cecconi’s 😂😂😂 it made me smile, thanks 😉
You managed to get videos of Kirby Allison, Cifonelli and so many other menswear afficianados! WOW.
Oh😍😍 ! what joy all this masculine elegance! Thank you!🤗😎👏
Enjoy!

@ thanks. I got to hang more in Savile row when I’m back in town. U.S got the same but not the same colors. I will check them out.
My choice of car would be the green Bullitt-style '67 Mustang Tom Cruise drove in 'Vanilla Sky'.
Great choice!

I'm glad you liked it ❤
Birkenstocks don't work anywhere.
Interesting take! But have you seen how Birkenstocks have taken over both beaches and boardrooms? Comfort and style can work wonders anywhere 😉
Nor does real old money.

Hmm… 🤔 Let me know your thoughts - always curious to hear!
ad 00:46 ff.: Even wearing loafers or moccasins without socks is not a style, but simply repulsive.
That’s a fair point. Loafers without socks are a bold choice - not everyone’s style, but some make it work!

Oh, oh look at the queers.
