Meitei the original indigenous of the soil which have been existing for thousands and thousands of years is facing problem because of kuki refugees influx and illegal encroachment of gov. Lands and mass deforestation of huge mountains and forest for illegal settlement and poppy cultivations now since kuki got the ST quota and privilege which shouldn't be given by the gov. It should be only given to the indigenous people of the soil like meitei and naga now kuki started working in Indian intelligence which is a huge threat to India as well as the indigenous people of the soil especially meitei and nagas india gov. Is becoming a blind eye by helping kukis because even the gov. Is involved in illegal activities with kukis and now more and more chin refugess who have been settling in border areas of manipur like kamjong in Ukhrul and tengnaupal moreh side as started building houses and shelters which is also another threat , indigenous might be extinct if this keeps on going , biometric is must to identify, FMC should be implemented .
