Hello Mr. JT. New Subscriber here. When I found your channel, my search for the perfect railfan site was over. Trains, cats and dogs, nothing else needed! Outstanding video work and great locations. You truly are the hardest working man on TH-cam. Thanks so much sir!
I very much doubt that they're a Class II -- they'd have to be earning $40M+ per year for that. They're not going to be earning $100,000 a day when they only run a few trains a week.
I love the crispness of this video! What would we do without our short lines? Chessie says she scares the goats because she CAN! Thanks for a great video!!
WOW ! ! Great 👍 4K you can’t get better pictures quality then that J.T. It shows up so very nice in crisp on our Sony ! Love that old bridge and the background lots of nice colors this time of the year. Will you still be doing videos during the Winter ❄️ ? Have a great weekend ! 😎🤗🤡🤠😸👍👩✈️
Hello Jaw Tooth, our Intrepid Railfanner ! Thanks for the sacrifices to keep us up-to-date with your railfanning travels through Ohio and the surrounding states. But don't forget the 'bread-and-butter' your channel started on. Let's see some more BIP trains, and the street trains that run in smaller neighborhoods. There are still some of us who are true fans of your work showing everyday grunt work of the railroads. Well-wishes to you , your family, and your pets - thanks for taking in and loving Norfy !
It's so great that you have a good relationship with CCET employees. You know the conductors car and the engineers name. Keep up the great videos. Glad to hear that the new customers are coming on line. Stay safe
Jaw Tooth thumbs up hey buddy I love those black and red engines hey good show good show thumbs up as always I've been sick but I've been watching you okay thank you buddy God bless yours and yours
Glad to see the two locomotives aren't vandalized or graffitied let's hope it stays that way. A fine train to see in small town USA and on that bridge over the mystery Road that is now a JT photo location A beautiful fall day to go out and Chase trains. I sense Chessie doesn't care for animals larger than herself and sitting on the chair kind of gave an I'm sorry look. As for Norfie the tail is still mystifying
Trees turning colors. Looks nice. Great Pumpkin time of the year. Pretty soon we'll see Señor Jaws shivering in the snow and cold with his Hawaiian Parka and CCET railfan mittens. Gracias por tu video. RT sends, Puebla, México.
Oh yeah you could hear those engines deep rumble over the bridge through the valley... Awesome !! 👍 Glad they are getting busy, means more videos !! Wooooooooo Great VID !! 👍👍👍
I see the two stored locomotives have been lettered with IBCX, so I assume they are the ones that have bought them. I notice that they are also leasing the red and black locos to the CCET. Since the CCET will be signing up more customers, do you think it is likely that they'll meed more locomotives, and, if so, is it likely to be the two stored locomotives?
More small town action, magnificent. You can shoot all of these videos you want, I'll watch them! Glad to hear their business is growing and wish them the best.
Great good video, mr Jaw Tooth. 6 grain cars and 16 rock cars means two costumers on this line. And the windnoise is the time of the year it is autumn mister JT. Wish you and family a good easy weekend. Greet from Zandvoort the Netherlands.
Those 2 engines are painted for Norfolk Southern, but they don't belong to Norfolk Southern. They carry the same reporting mark, IBCX, Indiana Boxcar Corporation, as the ones that Cincinnati Eastern is running. Maybe they will be needed when the Purina plant comes on line.
Always great to see trains in small towns on beautiful fall days! Gives me that great childhood feeling! Great to see a short line doing well! Thanks for sharing Jawtooth!
I had 22 also - 6 covered hoppers and 16 rock hoppers. I noticed that the rock ars have one end of the car painted a light color - does that indicate a rotary coupler on that end?
I enjoy your videos, but I have one question, do you ever do videos of passenger trains or commuter trains? ever heard of the Chicago South shore & South bend railroad? as far as I know in South bend the train still run on many city streets, or at least they used to.
@@thedesertdwellerfromutah4354 I like all trains. I'm old enough to remember when boxcars didn't have all that graffiti. remember when a lot of railroads had those great big box cars? I used to like to see those.
The two SD40-2 machines stored on the siding seem to me to have been restored. The paint on their livery is recent. The #3492 has the inscription "Operation LifeSaver" celebrating 50 Years of Rail Safety in 2022. Interesting document.
They've not been restored, and their paint isn't all that recent. 3492 has been wearing that Operation Lifesaver scheme since NS acquired it in around 2013. Both locomotives appear to be now owned by IBCX (Indiana Box Car Corp., the same company that leases the SD40-2 and GP15-1s to CCET) and have had the words "Norfolk Southern" painted out.
Another great video from JAW TOOTH 🦷 haven't been on your channel in a few months I am back and looking forward to seeing your videos. Keep up the good work brother you really go everywhere you're gasoline bill must be through the roof with your vehicle.
Awesome video of the CET working hard running LHF pulling Hopper Cars and Stone Cars! That was cool to see those SD40-2'S sitting in the siding! That old bridge makes for some great footage as well. Thanks for catching footage of my favorite short line railroad! You always share some great footage and appreciate your PRICELESS time and effort! Cheers from Delmar, Delaware.
@@JawTooth awesome and I'm guessing they'll be some Coal Trains involved if I remember correctly about trains in West Virginia. Or is this the location with the Trestle and the old Coal loading bin?
It is nice to see that the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad had another good revenue train. You showed us the stored Norfolk Southern SD40-2 in Sardinia, Ohio. I got the impression from your comments that you were saying that the SD40-2s were being stored for Norfolk Southern. If you look closely at those SD40-2s, you will see that they have ICBX reporting marks. Those are the same reporting marks that are on the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad engines. It appears to me that the SD40-2s belong to the parent company of the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad.
@@beeble2003you are correct. I just did a Google Search and found that Homestead Rail Group LLC is the parent company of Cincinnati Eastern. Since the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad engines have ICBX reporting marks on the cabs, I would guess that Cincinnati Eastern is leasing the engines from ICBX.
@@thomasmackowiak That's correct, yes. (Except that it's IBCX, not ICBX. I don't know why, but I also call it IBCX unless I think about it while I'm typing.)
Good morning and happy Friday everyone. Hey JT, can I get a special shout out on my 30th birthday tomorrow? If not, that's ok. Imma still watch your videos anyway. 😊😊😊
The CCET is an awesome short line RR. Love to see short lines still in operation like this one. Their paint scheme is cool too. Thanks for documenting this amazing short line JT.👍🏼
As ever, your videos are a real pleasure watching And to my surprise at 6.08 a truck 'Holland' on its side of the trailer/container. That's my country. Cheers! Do the goats belong to you?

The long hood forward looks very unique .
Why did they run it this way? Is there a reason or is it just random?
Thank you Jaw Tooth..stay safe. stay warm.
Thanks for watching !
Can’t wait to see Purina Ops

Thanks JAW Tooth that was fun
Good Morning Jaw Tooth. I like seeing the fall colors.
Good morning!
Those two SD40-2's now belong to Indiana Box Car Corp. (note the IBCX reporting mark on both locomotives).
CCET sure is doing things right
A pint of my favorite coffee stout and an outstanding Jaw Tooth upload to get my Friday off to a good start. Cheers 🍻👍
Enjoy!
Nature is slowly taking over at Canyon Road. I am happy the Cincinnati Eastern customer base is growing it is after all a well run class II road.
We agree!
I very much doubt that they're a Class II -- they'd have to be earning $40M+ per year for that. They're not going to be earning $100,000 a day when they only run a few trains a week.

Yes nice horn
Appreciate the time and effort you put into this.
Second. Rockin' the rock train with my favorite horn. Remember, the fastest I've seen on YT is 1080p60 apparently because YT compresses the streams.
thanks for being so fast!
And I'm at our off grid cabin using a hotspot to watch.
