Also, how does a military munitions transport fall for a trick like a body in the road, and not just tear off? Too much naïvety written into these, but I suppose there'd be no suspense without the foibles. Entertaining at any rate
Every show is filled with implausible stuff. You can't really expect great writing from a tv show, especially when regular tv is in such decline.

He stood in the window of a house, looking into the eyes of the woman he loved, thinking they were all about to blow up. Doesn't get more intense than that.
