Kpop was always about the looks. Just because now new gens are getting prettier and more good-looking doesn't mean old gens didn't have the pressure to be beautiful. I find the old gens more charming though, but you have to admit the new gens are precious.

2ne1 really changed the game for girl groups, they were like " we're not here to play, bow down, girl power, don't need to be pretty or cute just need to be confident" ! 2007 and 2009 were the big years for girl groups, I'm sad to see most of 2nd generation group disbanding, I'm pretty sure f(x), After School and Secret are over and I don't have many hope for SNSD future if they disband this year well all the legendary groups will be over, it just make me sad :/
