    Im planning on using something like this on my 4 front porch columns. Do you think straight forword would look ok from the road 55 ft away. Or should i wrap the columns and have a few pixels on each side as well?

      You should be good. These are going on my porch columns at about the same distance

    Went to buy t nut. They come in different sizes.
    What size do you use.
    1/4 20 fits the bolts but what size to fit in the pipe.

      Standard 1/4 inch bolts and t-nuts. Here is a mama on link for the T-nuts I used
