    Hi, I'm a new subscriber. Would love to see more videos on the ct125. I think perhaps I've seen your posts on the ct125 forum, right?

    Does it still have the 2 speed secondary gearbox (high and low range) like the old trail 90s and 110s. I have 2 1981 trail 110s that I love. They are still kicking. Can't wait to see more on this new version.

      It doesn't. My 1969 CT90 does

    It isn't about the bike it's about the milk crate with a bike attached to it.

    Great bike I ride mine on back roads it’s not fast enough on roads where people are going over 50, I use my Moto Guzzi V7 for that!

    Very cool looking scoot.
    Great explanation of the fork angles.
    I think I'd need a manual clutch.

    • @jiujitsu2000
      @jiujitsu2000  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This transmission can do the same thing without a clutch.

    An auto tech that bought a Honda Trail says a lot of the sensors are the same as the sensors they use on their Honda vehicles, so availability should be good for parts. ( I thought that was smart of Honda)

    *A really nice machine, as always from Honda*
    ___________
    *The drawback being it's nowhere near fast enough on pick-up or top-end for anything more than 'neighborhoods' and side-roads*
    ( *Speed Limit 45' now means anything from minimum 45mph to 60mph damn near everywhere in America...it sucks, and I don't like it, but 'What's true is true'* )
    ___________
    *I'm really leaning towards the 'ADV 150' as 'not too big/not too small' just for 'fun' but the way things are economically now the war between 'Want vs. Need' shows the 'Want' side losing in my head*

    Awful lot of money. However, Hondas are some of the best. Someone else commented definitely will last even outlast us so grandchildren and great grandchildren can take it out on the trails. Recall having a Honda 50 what a blast. Very dependable, and a four stroke 3 hp outboard on the dinghy we would use to go from the sailboat to shore very well built engine Mostar from Honda. Another bike I like that you can take out on the road is the dual sport from Kawasaki.

      It’s a good investment it will hold its value and be worth more years from now, unlike the majority of other motorcycles

    Internet says you can't even buy them. Very short supply. Used ones are going more than retail.

    Couple questions there do you have to have a motorcycle license to ride it and does it have to have insurance and tags to be on the street or is it considered a bicycle that you just ride anywhere

    • @MrBiggles53
      @MrBiggles53 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      legit motorcycle legal requirements. the supercub version can run at 60MPH; i think I crept it up to 65 while scooting along a shared section of US Route and Interstate.
