So glad you decided to play this piece and with such feeling. I have heard other versions, with and without lyrics, but somehow I felt there was something missing. I immediately thought of you and was delighted to see you had recorded it. So beautiful and haunting, everything I felt it should be. Thank you. I have a particular favourite piece of music, Rachmaninov’s 2nd piano concerto, which was played in the film Brief Encounter. Perhaps it might find a place in your cinematic recordings. Just a thought - I know you could make it sound even more special.💕
