Self-pollinating vegetables and pollination by bees 🍃

I've never had to worry about bees and pollinating before. But this year I moved to a new state that is very bee scarce. I spent all summer watering my plants and getting excited when the blossoms came. End of summer came and still lots of blossoms, but no fruit. I got a couple zucchinis and five beans. I got zero cukes, cantaloupes, and very few beans. ugh

Sorry to hear that your growing season wasn't as bountiful as you would've liked. I'm not sure what's going on with the bees lately but they've been really weird this past yr. They act all discombobulated, like they don't know where they're going.

Hi thanks, what about okra? Also fruit trees. We have an iguana problem so all of my plants are inside the screened porch.

Hmm. I'm not sure on okra, never grown that before. I'm sure you can do some research online and find out if they're self pollinating. Wish I could help more😌
