Humanist is a replacement for religious ideas if you just dont want to spend the time dealing with rebels while admin main purpose is the ccr which early game is massive. Now that being said you can max ur ccr without admin as certain nations so it's very situational to say humanist is to be taken over admin

Because in Vicky 3 you can trigger the ptsd of your neighbors and revive the empire. Personally ck3 turks are the most fun Because you can invade anatolia and slowly change the culture of asia minor and rumelia

They were a vassal state though, but this was willingly. So technically they were under ottoman authority but were mostly independent. Kind of like British somaliland being a protectorate but openly assigning rules that the British had to follow in their territory.
They did take like a third of Iran, but definitely not all. The Iranians would always just pull back and let the land decimated the ottomans, so they never took the whole thing.
