You have to convert it into a surface with subD to nurbs, but you're likly to have a surface with lots of patchs, and this method of doing pattern only works on single surface. There are work around that but it really depends on the shape your trying to apply a pattern onto
The rhino file IAM working on is in cm, and I want the radious to be .1cm how can i make the radious cause there's limited numbers (1:10) in grasshopper

You have to double click on the slider, and then you you will be able to edit the range of your slider
