I had no idea somebody was doing that. Ever since Tekken 3 introduced me to fighters, I've always wanted a 3D fighter where you could attack continuously like in a movie fight scene. Still, you'd have to make a lot of other changes to make that a viable game.
I don't know if it may be what you're talking about, but there's a PS1 3D fighter that has something like that! it's called Fighters Impact, take a look!
