As always, thouroughly enjoyed watching this. I especially enjoy seeing your Grammy processing the excess food and would love a tour of the pantry/store cupboard - seeing rows of canned produce is so satisfying!

Interesting fact... the "knife" you're using that the viewer sent to you... I saw them at a local farm here where I live, the person made some from a long handled outdoor grill spatula by grinding it to the shape they wanted and then put sharp edges to it.

I don't think the young in this country appreciate its value and necessity for the good it produces for themselves and the community! That was an awsome video.
Loved to see sweet Callie helping with pumpkins and starting to learn to drive lol
Best part is the buh bye part...she knows what she is doing... I have one request, and if others like it, it would be nice if you can add a few seconds for Callie to do her buh bye part without rushing... She is so adorable doing her buh bye, bless her.
Keep the good work, you are all awsome.
If you could convince grandma to give you the salsa recipe, I would love it.

11:39 Curious. I just finished growing a plant (1!) of Arkansas Little Leaf cucumbers in a tabletop hydroponic unit. Small harvest (probably overpruning on my part), but the cukes were very firm and yummy. Hydroponics is so often counterintuitive... If you need a hot salsa tester, send some out here to Arizona!

Your community is so lucky/blessed to have you there. Wish we have one like you nearby but I live in the middle of the city. Smaller towns have something similar to yours but just in a smaller scale and we occasionally get like a 'farmer's market' every now and then during the summer at the square. But still considerably expensive as our food tax here is 25%.

Luckily on my vegetable farm we never had much for deer problems in the pumpkins. Crows were our main nemesis. One time in a field that had over 10,000 beautiful pumpkins they went through and put one or two pecks in at least 5,000 of them so we couldn't harvest them. That was terribly disgusting!

Morning Andrew and the veggie family, the harvest was really good today. I loved how the dew was sitting on the cabbage leaves making them extra crispy and the good were looking so good. A pity about the deer damage, but you must be prepared to loose some and they don't really take too much. All the picked veggies looked so good, so much to be grateful for. Kelly loves the ride on the tractor with grandpa, should take her to the hen house, kids love chickens. Thank for showing and happy harvesting family. Kind regards.

I’ll tell you what you can do, sell venison in the market. One thing I can say about the family dinner, the children grow up learning where the veggies come from and when they don’t have a choice they learn to like of the diet offered. Like my mom would say when we wouldn’t eat something, “well maybe you will be hungry tomorrow “.
