It seems everybody is talking about launch angles lately in the baseball world so I've been getting a lot of questions about it. Here is one where this young man wants to hit more higher powerful shots to stand out as a hitter. It is a great question and I talk about bat speed and launch angle to answer it. That was an excellent video explaining the proper manner to obtain the best lauch angle!!! MLB fastballs generally arrive from the pitchers in the strike zone at a declining 10° angle. If the plane of the batter's upward swing is 10° and matches the path of the fastball (a line drive swing), given sufficient bat speed, the pitched ball's center of mass only needs to contact the bat 1/4" to 1/2" up from the bat's longitudinal center line on the sweet spot to generate a homerun.
That approach is exceedingly superior to the "elevate and celebrate" crowd's method, which increases strike outs, pop ups, weak ground balls, and lazy fly balls. Witness the swings by Ruth, Williams, Gehrig, Mays, Aaron, and Mantle (men who hit a few homeruns in their days), where the hands and bat did not finish above their shoulders.

What’s your thoughts on the Swing Away? I got one for my players. And actually after using it myself I’m thinking of resurrecting my career at 42. I wasn’t taught launch angle and it was obvious on the Swing Away. Now I got it all figured out.

Totally, backspin is huge too. When I clip the top half of the ball during tee work, it gives forward spin which pulls the ball down right away like a curve ball

AverageJoe Gaming52 try hitting a soccer ball or basketball off of a tee, it helps you to continue through the ball. Then when you go back to baseball's it won't feel like your hardly hitting anything

That's it. Most guys shower, change, and hang out in the locker room and watch the game on TV until it's over. Then if they are suspended for longer, they'll practice before the game, but during the game they'll stay in locker room and watch or go into the stands and watch.
