Dude this judge DOES NOT LISTEN! This is insane. He argues before he even hears them out. He attacks the defense for the things he interprets as dragging out the case even though it's the state bringing up the problems they need to address. It's wild.
So the defense has to take criticism because the state is on some shady bull. 🙄 I would be so annoyed if I was a juror
United States judges see themselves more as an extension of the prosecution than a neutral party. Nationally. Not just in Atlanta. Or regionally.

The fact that this judge is trying to right his wrong for granting a mistrial or excusing the DA from this trial or himself is beyond me! Yelling at an adult in a professional setting in front of a jury and defendants is unsettling and uncalled for!!

Actually the attorneys on both sides are a 1000 times more intelligent than the judge. I'm not sure what this judge problem is other than he's behaving like everyone in the courtroom is his children when in reality he's the one that confused misguided and ignorant

What? Steele called for mistrial about 20 something times at least 7 of them are real appellate issues and 3 of them are guaranteed these are really enjoying it cuz the drugs guns will get them 10 yrs which in county jail time will be served by the end of trial
