The video is answering the question "what skills/knowledge do I need to perform the job of a platform engineer". You're not asking *wrong* questions but your questions are not the topic of this video.

@@ricdotdev This may have been the a better way to word it...but I would say that for the vast majority of tech, especially in your early career, you shouldn't be aiming for certs as a means of getting a job unless it's at a consultancy or in a highly regulated environment where it's specifically asked for.
