I don’t believe the mini bar is complimentary. Please check this out. It has always been a paid mini bar in the Neptune suites. And the have-it-all package does not include the mini-bar either.

I believe she said 7111 which is a Neptune suite.

That all depends on how you define expensive! Space is the most valuable commodity on ANY ship.
