korek (correct)! this is why it's super hard to be a big singer in the philippines...because what to other people in the world is rightfully amazing and worthy of having successful musical careers, is simply like it's par for the course here. plus, most would have zero formal training! oh, if only more producers would see that.

They are not singers.. Here in the Philippines its normal for us to make singing as a habbit, in any kind of celebration singing will always be there. Filipinos loves immitating and copying the voice of their favorite singers, and everytime we do karaoke, we always competing each other who will get the highest score that will show on the screen after singing.. We always do this just for fun. We always do this to make the celebration and gatherings more interesting and fun.. Hope wish bus on their anniversary events has this large concert inviting filipinos fav youtube reactors. Definitely both of you would be top of the list. They did invite several in one such event in the past. Hope you experience jamming with such talent like this group or the famous. I saw waleska did a cover of one tagalog song and she's great too. One of this days hopefully she would also sing in the wish bus. What about a wish bus UK. Foreign artist also performs in wish bus. Thanks for show casing pinoy talents and culture. I wonder you both seems you're Filipino by heart. Maybe the latino Roots.

I thank you both for your very favorable reactions on Filipino Singers. I am very proud of them and for being a Filipino. They come from the same province as mine, Batangas. But this does not mean that we are the only ones who know how to sing. Todos Filipinos saben cantar con mucho gusto y con voces agradables tambien. These activities are just normal in the whole country. Even our women and young girls do the same too. Even inside malls, if there is a Videoke (Karaoke) Machine available, you may find a nobody singing like a professional. We all love to do it. Those who do not have good voices or are shy to sing later turn out to be good singers too after some practice. Wine and alcohol do help in our voice improvement; The best training ground for most of us is the church. When we attend masses or religious services we sing out loud to the Lord without shame, hesitation and fear. This maybe is the reason why all of us are gifted with the ability to sing and sing very well. Incidentally, most of us can also read musical notes; that is why many of us can play a musical instrument. In our house we have a piano, an organ, a guitar, a violin and an accordion. Everyone in the family can sing even our youngest boy who is only 7 years old. God bless the Philippines. We are proud to be "EL PAIS DONDE TODOS CANTAN".
