Exactly, while on the middle of a heavily fortified camp of enemies, with the LEADER OF THE INVADERS STANDING BEHIND YOU WATCHING, the blacksmith with NO sword fighting skill sus gonna have enough time to walk around Jin and masterfully cut his bindings without taking any of his fingers/hands before the khan reacts or calls back up….it amazed me how stupid so many of these players were and unrealistically blamed taka even when they felt sad
you know what would make this scene more emotional?
unlocking the the ghost stance imagine this right after you get your gear you start getting surrounded by mongols and ronins alike one of them attacks you but jins cuts his arm/head everyone gets scared and then..... L3 + R3
The Ghost Stance was to put fear in his enemies. Something like that would not fit. Maybe The Heavenly Strike (or a more powerful version of a Resolve Attack) could do it, but Ghost Stance was created as a Beacon of Hope and a Firelight of Fear, not Rage.
Taka is a legend I just got to this part in the game. Rest In Peace taka
just finished this game last nite...this was one of the best games I've ever played hands down
I don’t remember the last time a game hit me in the feels this hard. I shed real tears, and truly felt like I had to avenge my fallen friend. And many missions later I still feel the pain I did when I saw this scene... the memories of Taka don’t fade out
I felt shiver when taka died. I thought yuna might haunt me to death when she found out taka died for protecting jin 😭😭😭😭
When Jazz saw taka die she was on Sight for that big nosed ass villain lol
play lament of the storm on your flute by Taka's grave. You wont be disappointed.
Remind me where it’s at
@@kwesi7994 i dont remember exactly where. But if you open your map. Theres a location named a friends grave. Its off a cliff. Ill update with location once im home and i can view it.

@@kwesi7994 Oh, great! Happy to hear that ^^
A coward blacksmith was actually more couragious than a proud ronin who betrayed his own country for a few sacks of rice.
It was all
"NOoo He was my Friend"
Then
"Jesus Christ! Holyshit dude!"
Pretty much every reaction video ever.
I cried my Heart out after this, I loved Taka so much and he was such a sweetheart... 🥺
The worst part of that death is how brutal it is, he don't cut his head of, he just cut half way and then rip it of
I like how they all are saying "why didn't he cut the ropes off him" like Khan would let him get behind Jin to do it
That hurt me bad too I wont lie. Hurt some more when I lost Kage! :( ...I went crazy when fighting the Khan, the revenge was sweet.
@@v6valkyrie kage, Nobu , or Sora our horse our friend who accomplished his task
For sora!
i still miss kage
Ghost of tsushima 2 the khans sons cousin comes to finish Jin and kill him with a wooden katana and you have to play as him for 10 hours
Once you learned more about Taka from Yuna's tales, you feel bad for him more.
How did hallow already know that taka was gonna die after trying to swing at the khan
GoldenFoxGaming I mean it was pretty obvious that once Taka got the sword he wasn’t gonna swing on Jin
@@coreycasciano3255 oh oof I didn't even think of that sorry
GoldenFoxGaming it’s all good bro 👍
I thought he was gonna die the moment he joined jin on this mission
Same but when i was betrayed by riuzo yeah one more time i thought Taka was very far :(
I cried like hell. And angry as fuck. When this happened
The way Taka went out fucked me up for so long. Like that poor dude just wanted to help everyone
This moment felt too fucking real bro I started screaming when Jin screamed I was enraged at that point
Taka is a good brother and a genius blacksmith. I can't stand people saying he's stupid. Bro doesn't even know to fight, he's not a strategic fighter. He just wanted to make his saviour (Jin) proud and contribute for his cause helping him in the fight. He didn't think straight but wouldn't be realistically accurate if he did. Most of us wouldn't as well, this is such a situation of high pressure
Once I got the Ghost armor I wore it till the very end of the story in honor of Taka. 😞❤️
Not going to lie, when I got to this section of the game, and the death actually happened, I just sat in silent rage. This game provoked feelings I have never had for a game before in my life. This game really did deserve game of the year, and Last of Us 2 should have been curb stomped.
Takas death hit me so hard that I had to turn it off and reflect
After I slaughtered every last straw hat of course
I literally cried so hard when I saw this scene
I wish you didn’t cut out Jin’s scream.
When Taka came back I was like yeah he’s gonna die
Yo, when Jin screamed after Taka's death I felt that 😢😭
At first I was shocked.
And then Khotun took his head and paraded it in front of me.
The Ghost Armor never left my body after that.
RiP taka may the hidden ones walk with you 🙏🏽🕊
It werid how he impact me every now and then I always come back to his grave Go In Peace Taka A Good Friend
海外の人が意外と日本語音声を選択してる事に驚いた。
まぁ、日本人が英語を喋る方が不自然だけど、それでも母国語でも無い日本語をわざわざ選択してくれる所に作品へのリスペクトを感じる。
mahh boii Gloco in here again! Thanks for adding him in, best Filipino gaming/fishing youtuber
That death was so sad I can’t Taka it anymore
this reminds me of zanny's reaction to taka's death. He said "he taka his head off hah"
“Death, before dishonor.”
-Some samurai
Idk y but this one actually made me sad. Normally when I see it coming, I don’t feel too sad. But the way he was just trying to save Jin and was fighting to the end knowing the possibility of death just made me kinda sad.
I just platted the game a few hours ago. That part eith taka was shocking! Went out like a warrior
Anyone else think this would’ve been more impactful if taka was Jin’s upgrade guy? Would’ve built more of a relationship if you always went back to him for supplies, ghost weapons and sword/dagger upgrades.
I’ve had a friend die not too long ago so seeing Taka die to fight for Jin hit so close to home and all I was thinking was “I am going to make the Khan suffer.” I’ve never felt this emotional about a game before
Spoilers: Rip my boy taka and my horse (Kage)
The voice work of every character is stunning and truly adds to the impact and the brutality of this scene
I had honestly played the game more honorably up until this point, once the Khan killed Taka the impact of that single moment removed all sense of honor and morality I didn't care how the mongols died just that the fuckers were dead for what they'd done....in the end the Khan got what he wanted from me/Jin how a Samurai could fall because of unleashing rage and a determined focus to kill them all after that point.
Everyone out here sad over Taka but when it happened my heart immediately broke for Yuna. And then when you leave and the gate opens and Yuna walks right up to you 😢
After that scene I killed every single Mongol I seen I wore that ghost armor and never changed the armor and when I fought Kahn I took my time like i was torturing him 💯 when I finally killed him I got real close to the screen and said this is for taka I manually saved it so I can do it 3 more times
11:00 逃げないタカに呆れて体掻こうとしたら首チョンパするシーンでめちゃくちゃビビる黒人姉貴好きすぎる
I fuckin swore an oath when I saw that, before I finished that story, every Mongol on Tsushima would be dead, and not one who was crawling during his last moments would be spared from suffering a slow death
Great scene tho! really motivates the player no shit
Damn, now I've watched like 13th times that scene and even if most part were censored this time, the tragic and emotions feels the same
The sound effect of the head getting ripped gave me PTSD
Yeah, just flashbacks and nightmares.
the amount of rage after he died…..i went into ghost stance myself
the numbers of ppl who flooding tears after Jin's horse died
👇
Sthu dry ass🙄🤦🏾♂️
After Taka's death, I just find myself battle crying his name. RIP Taka
Are we ignoring the fact that the Khan had RIPPED Taka's head off? Brutal
Yeah, that sound was brutal and the sword wasn’t even used.
Thank u for featuring gloco i love u so much
I think if it was Yuna this would’ve been a much more emotional moment. Either way this was a great scene.
This scene made me so emotional and mad at the same time. After this their is a fight scene which includes killing of every Mongol soldier in which I raged so much that I went on a killing spree without getting a single hit from the enemy soldier. I was so fierce at that time.
one of the only deaths that has actually disturbed me
i love your energy man! you’re videos are the best 🔥🔥🔥
"Duraan mooo! pwe!!" I remember this scene
Taka's death chilled my whole body ngl
Hats off to whoever plays the game with the Japanese dialogue. It is badass
Getting through this cutscene yesterday felt so visceral. This was one of the few times I ever felt truly rageful against Khotun Khan and his Mongol army. I felt like both Jin and Yuna during this mission, blinded by grief and rage and having a killer's instinct against every Mongol and Straw Hat. Needless to say, I wasted no time trying to use Ghost Stance after this cutscene.
Taka was a good man... I will remember him.. RIP
I am not jin anymore, I am the Ghost.
After taka died, i pressed x so much from sheer rage that i freed myself in 1 second XD
Just beat the game now gonna watch all the reactions
Me when I got to this part :
"You disgusting sack of wine ! You and Ryuzo will bitterly regret this ! 🤬"
