From personal experience...solo traveling abroad helps a lot especially in knowing yourself, what you really want in life, personal growth and development, and other self improvement things.
I remember the video with Arriane Serafico. Instead of asking yourself, "what do I want to do?", try asking yourself daw "what kind of life do I want to live?" It resonated with me big time. It really gave me a CLEAR VISION of my goals and the things in life that I want to enjoy. So now I started telling myself, "just do it now,and THEN get motivated". Cause DREAMS DON'T WORK UNLESS YOU DO. I've been a couch potato for months because of my fears but I learned to just GET UP AND DO IT! Thank you for helping me be better, miss B! Happy 1 year!!

1. There is no other way to know yourself by to experience things. 2. Chill out, not worry about little things Trust your gut 3. You are not alone, life is full of moments of cross road. Take one day at a time. 4. We have to do things that we dont like but we have to still do it, keep going. 5. There is nothing wrong with being brown skin/morena. Be proud! 6. Every mother is different. Every kid is different. 7. Your course in college is what you are interested in time but it will not determine your calling in life. 8. How to accept break up? Time will heal everything and feel the pain, eventually you will be okay. 9. Accept the fact that they are happily living separated and being at peace. 10. Motivation should come from within. Brush the negativity off.

Wow. I didnt know that you own a treasure trove of wonderful advice Ms. Bianca. As a 21 year old, unemployed licensed engineer, I find adulting to be very overwhelming and quite scary. The realizations dawned on me one day that I am at this point in my life where I have to be responsible for myself already, earn and live independently. Funny thing is, I was never raised to become independent. My parents always tell me what to do. I still can't leave the house whenever I want to. Basically, I am still treated like a minor but they actually expect me to earn already and act responsibly like an adult. How do I transition from being sheltered under the skirt of my mom to being independent especially when I am this scared to venture out and try things?
I like your advices ate B. Whenever I watch your videos I feel inspired. Whenever I feel down and you've pointed out something that relates me, I feel relieved cause I get to acknowledge that there are lots of people who has bigger burdens than me because I tend to over think most of the time.
