All the best for the driving. In my experience there are two areas which are vital in helping you along the way. Firstly, & rather obviously, is gaining experience operating the car. The second area, which I feel gets overlooked, is learning to read the road. Checking far ahead to see what's coming up, anticipating what other road users are likely to do, paying attention to the road surface, that kind of thing. I know people in their late 60s who, while competent drivers, still basicly stop at a roundabout even when you can clearly see there's nothing coming... Take your time with it & it'll come to you eventually.
@@vvitcheswoods You're welcome. I can relate, nerves get the better of me more often than I would like. If you aren't already familiar with the process, look up 'square breathing'. Not a cure all but it can help..
Glad you're still about Rae! Been doing yoga from TH-cam/local teachers for like 10 years now. I only joined my local gym last September for circuits (like you I hate running outside dodging people, random crap on the pavement, cars) and I go to their yoga as well and also pilates. Never did pilates before but was fun, so still going. I'm awful at circuits but I need the extra stamina I get from it. Other people in a gym as far as I've seen will not even notice you exist (though I'm male and unremarkable looking). Yoga is my favourite since I can make it as easy or hard as I feel like at the time and as little as 15 mins on a 'bad' night is still better than nothing and keeps the momentum of the habit going. I like the fluffy moggy on the cushion.
honestly i still havent done any yoga lol. its too easy to just lay in bed but i fear one day i will be an unhealthy slob who is obese because i constantly told myself ill start another day lol. i need more discipline in my life
@@vvitcheswoods haha, I can't see that ever happening; I'm sure you'll get something together that works :D Nothing wrong with one of those sub-10 minute nighttime videos you don't even need a mat for, I feel better after those.
omg I relate to so many things you talk about in this video, I've struggled with an ed for most of my life, I have scoliosis and I'm really scared of taking driving lessons. I feel like you're me but in another version😭 (I'm sorry if my english is bad it's not my first language😭)♡
Hello! I don't make resolutions as I've pretty much always failed, but each year I plan to write more, be more creative and spend more time outdoors and camping. Good luck with all your plans! Have you and your bf seen Egger's Nosferatu yet, assuming you go to the pictures? 🤎
yes we watched the movie and i thought it was brilliant! i really enjoyed the retelling of such a fantastic classic gothic story. i thought lily depp really did a great job too. and wow the voice for Orlok was incredible!!!
@@vvitcheswoods Yeah, I loved the voice too, all the acting and scenes were amazing. The 1970's version with Klaus Kinski is good too if you've not seen it, the 20s original and that one are both on YT for free!
