Beautiful home, cannot believe the bank left it to decay. All of the antiques. The expensive, gorgeous crystal chandelier, antiques galore including the phone booth, antique bicycle with huge wheel( is missing from upstairs landing along with the Queen Anne sofa & 2 chairs) Really nice fireplace mantle, The Antique Thunderbird . The individuals who stole items will have bad Karma-trust and believe. They know who they are-thieves 😡🤬🤬
Everything inside whether it was still there or not is absolutely beautiful and stunning to see! The car was definitely my favorite part! Thanks for watching!
Thank you my Man. You allways provide the best places. It was also nice that you took your time examining the small details. Allways reminding me of the passing time so don't overthink life... Cheers
OH MY GOSH!!!! That "Dead Squirrel" CREEPED ME OUT!!!! That T-Bird was sooooooo AWESOME!!!! And that's COOL "Brothers of Decay" joined you!!!! Hey Guys; hope you're doing well!!!! Thanks for taking us along on your Journey!!!!
Thank you very much for the kind words, it is a pleasure showing you and everyone else these beautiful properties. Most of my next videos will also feature Leslie and Danny, as we went on a big south trip together. :))
Another Great Video!! The Intro with the drone was Excellent. Love the UK Phone Booth, Chandelier and You, Rocking the Piano!!! The Sweet Thunderbird is a plus and Nutcracker looks Interesting/Scary. Great Find and would love to know how much it sold for. It is a Beautiful house on a lovely 30 acre plot of land. Love You Explorations and you Sharing them with Your Fanbase. Great Work!! ❤
The organ was definitely my favorite part of the home, I must have spent at least 30 minutes messing around with that when I wasn't filming or photographing haha. Although I'm not sure of the exact selling price, I am definitely certain it was in the millions! Thanks for watching Chad, another beautiful location to come next week! 😉
A spinning wheel is a device for spinning thread or yarn from fibers. It was fundamental to the cotton textile industry prior to the Industrial Revolution.
Was at this house around 3 years ago, engineering fiber optic cable. It was locked up tight and only had one bad spot in the roof. Looked in to buying it and ran in to a dead end when they told me a real estate company was involved in letting it sit. Called them numerous times and left voice messages. Never got any call backs.
Impressive place. Really sad story. Wonder what happened since the owner moved out. It seems it was prepped for a state sale, but the "buyer" did not come to pick up what was sold. The thunderbird is a jewel.
There are a lot of furniture stores (family owned) that still tag furniture and pictures and things with the sold tags. Maybe some things they never got around to removing the tags. Especially losing her husband within a year of his cancer diagnosis.
That Thunderbird is beautiful! Also, most contractors leave the garage unpainted. They just finish the drywall work and leave it for the home owner to decide to paint or not.
Thanks for including the information on the contractors and the garage, as I was not aware of that. I learn something new in every video. Thanks for watching!
Wow the house and property is absolutely amazing. It's interesting to see all the things that were left behind, but sad at the same time. It's a shame about some of the great antiques and especially about the breathtakingly beautiful Thunderbird. It would be really sad if all the things there were forgotten and left to rot. Thanks for the fantastic and interesting exploration and the great video. 👍👏☺️
What a gorgeous find. I have been wondering how you find these amazing places? I am so glad I found your channel, since I was young, I’ve had dreams of big, old, amazing houses. I have always loved books and movies about houses, so I enjoy your channel very much!
My father had a 1964 Thunderbird white just like that. I'm sore it's probably 75,000 or perhaps 175k miles. Garages are rarely painted by the contractors. Since there is one leaky area, and the fact that the A/C may still be running, it's possible the water is from the air handler in the attic has a plugged drain and it's leaking into the ceiling. I had that problem before.
Woah thats amazing, that car was a beauty for sure. Ford made some amazing cars back in the day without a doubt. That could be true with the leaky ceiling in the one room, hopefully that doesnt lead to further damage.
That was 75,000 on the dash the last number is not a full mile it goes from 1 up to 9, and then another mile is put on. Sorry hard for me to explain😅 But I hope it's understandable.
Although it was a very heartbreaking house to go through, im happy we got to tell the history of it and uncover everything that was left inside. Thank you for watching!
Im surprised he didnt have enough life insurance to cover the house and lot it is on. She could have sold off rest of land with right of way to her house. Seems people dont think of all their options.
Really enjoyed your guyses video and thank you for not talking with euphemisms and words that some of us don't like to hear and don't want our children to hear really appreciate it thank you so much looking forward to your next video😊
Thanks for letting me know about what the wheel was! I do have to agree with you though, I was not a big fan with the green paint for the living room! Other than that, the house was amazing for sure!
It kind of freaked me out a little to see several familiar items… my parents have the exact same rocking chair, the pendant lights over the island, and even the little white Gevalia coffee canister!
I'm just ooooing and awwwwwing about this entire estate. I am thinking the power was shut off at some point then turned back on so the lovely cheesecakes spoiled. What a bummer guys!! You do a fabulous job with the tour of this place. Just breaks my heart seeing all these beautiful furnishings just left to rot. 😢 what a sad, yet, intriguing story being told just by this home. Masks might be helpful when exposing yourselves to mold, dead rodents etc. Lots of toxins in the air. Especially an abandoned environment. Just saying. Have fun, stay safe 😊❤ 🙏
A cool item about this T-bird is that the stearing column pivots inward and back to straight ahead for easy entry and exit to the drivers seat and tilt seatback forward to get easy access to the rear seat.
Your videos are awesome! I wish I could visit abandoned places here in Brazil, but it's not the same vibe you know Maybe one day I'll travel to America to do some explorations haha
The object you wanted to know what it was is a spinning wheel. They get the wool from sheep and card it. Then they would start holding the wool in hand and attach it. Through this process you get yarn for sweaters or anything you want. This one seems to be from 18th century and worth around 2000 dollars. I wish someone would get the Victorian furniture pieces to save as they were lovely. I am in SC and loving your videos
That old Thunderbird is cool. As for the mileage, it's 75,185 and 6-10ths. The last number on the white counter is 10ths of a mile. I don't want the address, but what state is this in?
We just finished off a rather big trip together exploring locations in the southern United States. They will be exploring along with me in future videos! 😉
something is adding up...they had a adult son...he wouldn't have left that car...bags and boxes of new items in original packages etc....and you have plenty of time to get your things ...Foreclosure takes forever...something isn't making sense
Wow you are the best finders ever. I love your voice too and you sound very intelligent boy 😍 stay sweet and your in my prayers buddy 🙏😇 love that car sure wish I was there with you guys ❤️ by the way you do excellent camera 📸 work 😉
Me encantó, en su mejor momento tuvo que haber sido un lugar mágico que seguirá estando lleno de recuerdos, amo todo tu contenido, por favor sigue asi, compartiéndonos y explorando abandonos llenos de vida
a lot of unanswered questions to this vacant house. power is on, lots of expensive “sold items”, lots of remaining items in the house, why wasn’t it sold as an estate auction…..
25:40 ... I use to think that too with my dad's 88 Pontiac Tempest being In the super high 6 digits. Then later learned the 6th digit is just a single Mile that moves every mile , so really the car has driven about 75k miles , so yeah it's wrong in a way 😂
I saw this location in another urbex video some months ago. Looks like nature is coming in quickly. Also wondering why there’s no shoutout to Danny or Lesley and their channels?
Absolutely admire places like this, completely frozen in time. Way too many spots get ramshacked by the time they’re documented, always broken dinnerware and rummaged through paperwork thrown everywhere about…
Makes you wonder did they not have family that could have moved in with her and help her keep the home then they could have lived there and let each family keep the home in the family
It definitely is a question I ask myself not only in regards for the property but others as well. There had to be some distant family member or even kids that could of helped out.
As you review this video and see the whimsical twisted clock and the face on one of the tea pots they look like characters from Disneys Beauty and the Beast!
Thank you for this video you all are so respectful too 1st off. The many beautiful items… the furniture, that car!!!!! No family to take this? Such a shame stuff just sits there & basically goes bad due to the elements. Strange how electric still on & all sold items were not claimed. Did you tour that guest house??? Such a beautiful home!!!!!
So sad to see the cozy front porch where you know they used to go out and sit in the morning with a hot cup of coffee to wake up and start their day and go out later in the day to cool off with a tall glass of iced tea 😢
I noticed at the time of 1:01 a dark shadow on the right..... Then at 8:42 a white orb and again at 9:30..... Did the homeowners pass away in the home?... How do the lights get paid to stay on?..... Anyway loved the vid.
how does the electric get to be kept on in a vacant house for years? Sad the couple didn’t plan for what happens if death or sickness between them happened
First of all that other thing was a spinning wheel to spin wool into yarn and as far as the mileage the number all the way to the right is tenths of a mile 75,000 + Mi not 750+ you know you could Google these things
@@hasanimousprimitiveprime8967 Whoever the current owners or custodians are will be paying the electric bill. The fact the bank kicked a senior out of her home just to let her home she built with her husband slowly decay is disgusting.
They will kick you out too if you don’t pay😂
Such a sad story! The home & property is beautiful, hate that she lost it in foreclosure! Awesome but sad video! 💔👍🤘
It was a heartbreaking story for sure! Thank you for watching!
Bro that is fake my grandma built the house and my dad graduated school in 2007 and both are not dead fake story man WOW
So cool! I always wonder why no one ever buys these places. Great property! Sad to see it go to waste!
I really hope something good comes from this property, and it has a happy ending. Thanks for watching!
Just discovered your channel . Very respectful vlog. Looking forward to watching more of your stuff I am from the UK

It's a spinning wheel
That's for sure that will come back to haunt them at sometime in their life.
It’s the lesser of two evils if you account for vandals… Just be glad they aren’t looters or it’d be the worst of both worlds
I agree you ….
Thank you my Man. You allways provide the best places. It was also nice that you took your time examining the small details.

I don’t think his stories are true.

The bank is holding it because they can make more from developers.
What was asking price then?
@@kimberlycarpenter7667there should be a law that doesn’t allow that to happen
Awesome place, filled with an array of unique items! Great narration. You continue to impress. Nice added dimension with the bros of decay
Such a beautiful place. ❤ Cannot even imagine the feelings she had, loosing her love and home 😢
Sad story but don't get when people retire and have health issues choose to do so on such a grand scale.

Came across your channel tonight was awsome definitely subscribing from uk
The big wheel/wood thing in the 1st or 2nd room was a spinning wheel & the Christmas glasses at 17:28 are from Arby's!!!

Most of the antiques I have seen in this home are 1800s, victorian and they are worth quite a bit

spinning wheel, is what that thing is called. Voltran gel is used for arthritis and That TBird...might be a 1961
