My mother, born in 1910, had strong ideas about health. Scraped knees ' Iodine then let the air get to it'. Colds and flu 'hot water bottles and sweat it out' etc etc. Pre Welfare State generations were good at raising children and I'm glad her ideas came down to me.

They are trying to privatize the NHS... just degrade the asset and sell it to pennies for Wall Street and see what happens to the prices... that is why we in the Good Old USA has the most expensive healthcare system with pathetic outcomes.
they privatized the railroads int he USA,,then offloaded the maintenance to the Governments and I tell you, I wouldn't go to the toilet in one of those trains without a hazmat rig... So much for privatization... same with our higher education system, used to be supported by the government, now it is owned by the Donor Class (refer to Wall Street and watch INDIDE JOB again including the deleted scenes..)

So the best way to get around a not so great healthcare system is to keep your D3 topped up, and that is fairly cheap to achieve.
I get my D3 from Amazon, 180 5000iE D3 for ~20€, comes with 100mcg K2 in it, so even when taking a little more than needed, the K2 should prevent hypercalcemia.
Vitamin C? Two 1200mg per day for many, many years now.
Iodine for me comes in the form of sea salt, which has added flecks of seaweed in it, plus every little wound gets some 2.5% iodine solution. Every once in a while a few drops of that in a glass of water, plus I eat quite some eggs (although those are less rich in it than they were).
(Respiratory) infections have become very rare for me, I only get a little sniffle from time to time until the defences kick in.

It's certainly an interesting time to be alive isn't it.
Who would have thought I'd get into the bible?
Certainly not me 5 years ago.
      Do note:-
No one has knocked on my door or brain washed me.
And I'm not going through any hardships worthy of any mention.
If the world doesn't go "POP" this year I'll have to consider going part-time in a local supermarket as I'm done with commuting etc etc.
Anyways to carry on with my story...
      What happened was:-
In 2021 i couldn't help but notice something wasn't right with the world.
Not just the Covid thing but in many other area's too.
      Anyways...
I chose to resign from my job shortly after this ever increasing feeling of forboding.
      Long story short...
I got interested in the book of 1st Enoch and other books of the Apocrypha.
      That lead me to others...
And ultimately to the the 66 books of the KJV bible.
It's the best thing I've ever done by far.
It's only with much study you start to connect the dots and it all begins to make sense.
      Culminating in:-
The acknowledgment that there is indeed a battle going on ( Ephesians 6:12).
      A battle for our souls.
      Mad?
I'm in my 50's and this is without doubt the best and most interesting time of my life.
      I'm hoping :-
Sharing such material with all that I know (past and present) is that they also go look into it all and ultimately get saved.
      Know this...
There's only 2 types of people and only 2 final destinations.
      Saved and unsaved
      Heaven and Hell.
There is no 'Purgatory' in scripture, that's a Roman Catholic made up thing to harvest money.
The vast majority of churches are a joke.
The congregations and even their pastors are very much ignorant of the full counsel of Gods word.
You only realise this after much study and attending many churches and asking lots of questions both to the church goers and the actual pastors.
      Mad in the extreme.
Take care, stay safe and best regards.

Following advice from this channel (Prof Angus Dalgleish), I suggested he test Dave's Vitamin D levels and give him more before he started chemo. Obfuscation, rejection (including that Dalgleish is not a lymphoma specialist!). As you can guess, we didn't manage to get Dave's Vitamin D levels tested or boosted. The good news is that half way through his treatment, the cancer is shrinking. But interestingly, the consultant reminded us at the last meeting to keep on with the Vitamin D. Had he secretly followed up my mention of Dalgleish? If so good for him.

It would be interesting to know why our bodies aren't managing this year's round of seasonal respiratory infections very well. They seem more severe than usual and can last three or four weeks, if not longer. We're seeing bacterial infections jumping on the bandwagon alongside the viruses. Fortunately, they do respond to antibiotics. That then leaves the viral infection lingering for weeks. Perhaps a discussion involving this could prove helpful.

I have an immunodeficiency (CVID) with b and t cells involvement. In 2020 I learned that the supplements of broomhexine, zinc gluconate (25 mg), vitamine d 75 mcg, vitamine c (1000 mg every 2 hours, max 8000 mg a day), resveratrol and quercetin (twice a day 4000 mg max) were really helpfull with viral infections. With the first signs of infection I would take this and it got better in no time. Without infection I still take the normal dose of vitamine c, quercetin, zinc and vitamin d. The scig gives me the IgG and a little IgM. Unfortunately there is no replacement for the IgM and the T cells. Since the CVID did progress I do have infections more often and they do take longer. But it's the supplements to the rescue again. Last year I did get over covid with this...at home. It did take a month or so but no hospital or oxygen needed.
