Great challenge. Seerga Samba rice is actually the rice used in making Dindigul Biryani. I think it's great that you were able to try this challenge. And it's also good that Kumaravel was able to join in.
I think that the best thing for Sabari and Kumaravel to do is to try some training regime in order to prepare for a challenge like this. Randy Santel has a great video for this purpose.
I love the food that is prepared in these videos, and seeing you eat together makes me miss my dad a lot.
