The major significance of the short sleeves is really that he's no longer hiding the visible self-harm scars on his arms. We can definitely see some of them on his upper arm when he's looking in the mirror.
Thanks for sharing your reactions - it's been a lot of fun watching along with you! In terms of future season speculation - Netflix hasn't confirmed S4 yet (sigh), but if they do, Alice Oseman has said it would be the last. It would cover the last volume of the comics (which, uh, hasn't been fully written yet!) and the "Nick and Charlie" novella, so time-wise, that's Nick's final year of high school and the summer leading into him going off to uni. (Nick and the girls all still have one more year to go before graduation; Charlie/Isaac/Tao are the year behind them.) Here's hoping we all get to see it! Especially since your girl Imogen Technologies isn't a character in the comics, so we genuinely have no idea where her storyline might go. :)
Truham to leeds is probably a £200 train which expecially for students is very expensive. Our train prices are astronomical in the UK It's why most of us prefer to fly to mainland Europe for holidays or weekends away because it's cheaper. Nick would probably drive, but that's still 9 hours of driving over a weekend. Plus Nick is likely to have rugby games on weekends. It would be doable, being long distance, but they would realistically only see each other twice a month. It would take some adjustment
LOL yeah the song was about Imogen. Imogen's the one who said C'est la vie when they were doing the Eiffel Tower vocabulary assignment in Paris 😃 and Sahar made a whole song around that.
Nick has one more year at Truham, plus A level exams that decide uni entrance.. Charlie (and Tao and Isaac) have two more years. Also Tori's book - "Solitaire" is set during this season of HS (after the Christmas storyline)
@corvus1374 no they just started sixth form - it lasts two years - the final two of high school. Season three only covers the first year of sixth form. Kids start visiting Universities to help them decide and work on their A Level exams in order to get in to Uni. They will apply to their universities the December of their final year - which will be in the 4th season of the show. Charlie has just done his GCSE's, he still has his two years of A Levels to go.
In reference to the Sahar situation I'm reminded when Tao answered the door at Charlie's birthday and there was Michael. Tao just looked at him blankly as if to say "And who might you be?"
Hi Derek. I know you said that this song doesn’t sound like it’s about Imogen, but it’s called “C’est la vie” which Imogen says to Sahar in Paris in season three. So I think I beg to differ. Thanks for your reactions they are amazing.
Yes, Sahar was introduced as sharing a room with the other girls in Paris, and they were the ones who introduced her to the boys. And then she transferred to Truham for Sixth Form, so over the summer she approached Nick and asked him to kind of introduce her to people there.
Derek, you are a lovely young chap who is in touch with his emotions. It is hard to be emotionally mature in a tough world. You shine in it, and you are fine, and will be fine.
Hi Derek, I've really enjoyed your reactions to Heartstopper you have become one of my favorite reactors. Fingers crossed for a season 4 . Love from Australia.
One thing Americans don't realize about distance: to US, traveling 4-5 hours doesn't seem to be excessive (heck my now husband would drive over 5 for a booty call). Think how many states we have that you can't cross in 4 hours. Now think how small England is: 4.5 hours is covering most of the country (North/South). We wouldn't do a weekend drive from Florida to Maine, for example. Perspective.
@@SleepyWaffles Yay! I went back and looked. I did watch your S1 reactions. So few have reacted to Silo that I should remember who watched and who hasn't. I hope S2 is as good as S1.
I know it's irrelevant now that Agatha All Along is out, but if someone was being contacted to be cast as Wiccan, why would they be told to bulk up? Wiccan has always been skinny in the comics.

I should really be sleeping but who needs sleep when one of your favourite reactors post a video
"Quicker to joy" is a really nice way of putting it. People can live with mental health issues and still find joy.

ignore the commenter, we need that str8 energy. Especially, for shows like these. We need all the support :D

Not true. Nick goes to uni next year and the upcoming year is Charlie's last.
@@corvus1374 Charlie is just starting sixth form - which last two years in the uk. Kit has not taken his A levels yet, so how can he go to Uni

It's been fun watching your reactions to this season of Hearstopper. Thank you again.
Imogen Technologies has a bright future, like Cyberdyne and Weyland-Yutani!

Sahar is a side character in the comics too...Imogen isn't in the comics, she was written just for the TV series.

I’ve loved your reactions through all 3 seasons.

Yes please! Thanks for the reaction!
I agree about everything you said about Sahar
I like your comments on this series.
I would’ve guessed 4 hours to Fargo. Is it 4 hours to the North Shore? I can’t remember.
Have you read the books yet? You absolutely must! 😊
While I’m glad that Sahar and Imogen didn’t become girlfriends, I’m neither anti-Sahar nor pro-Sahar.

I think this illustrates the opposite point you're trying to make.
Thank you, Derek. 💞

Dark is on my list. My spouse is watching Penguin. Have you watched Silo? S2 just came out but I’m rewatching S1 to remind myself of it.
Silo 2x1 being edited currently
