I've never flown in or out of London City Airport, but I regularly watch them whilst standing beside the Royal Albert Dock, and always wondered what London, the airport and the Docklands looks like to passengers inside the aircraft. At 4:05 That's a DLR train on it's way to Woolwich Arsenal and should stop at London City Airport DLR station. 4:16 That's a DLR train which has just left The airports DLR station and heading for Canning Town and most likely Stratford International.
In the first time-stamp you describe that part of the video as decent; it’s actually better than decent! In fact it’s very good, as is all of the footage, especially the descent. The music is totally unnecessary though.
I posted a landing here rercenty, but it was an eastern approcach, that western approch looks amazing and you had the benefit of a clean window, i'll book again soon and hope for a western approach.
Very nice video but would have been a bit better without the video stabilization (which makes for a bit of a queasy tummy) and the music. Thanks for sharing!
