Mitho Lolo has lot of significance in Sindhi culture. Mitho Lolo is a sweet thick chapati made from wheat flour and sugar. Mitho Lolo is an authentic Sindhi sweet flat bread. This Mitho Lolo is mainly prepared on two main occasions. Firstly, on the occasion of Shitala Satam Vrat (Thandri in sindhi). Second for the fasted recovery and good health of children and others and to escape from measles and smallpox.

I tried this recipe. My grandmother used to make it. Hence the special love for it. It came out good. But it became crispy which I dint want. What can be the reason. If I was cooking it on a little higher flame it was not getting cooked well. If I was cooking it on lowest flame It was getting crispier
U need medium heat. after taking off from the tawa U got to place it in ghee or oil ( I think ghee will be too heavy so oil is ok ) may be U didn't put enough mon (put the ghee in the atta before U knead ) is called MON like red crumbs
