This is unrelated to the video, but I love your Dolly shirt! I got the same one for my mom and me for Christmas (and a similar one for my dog)! We love Queen Dolly. 💖
I would take 75°. I've been doing yard work in 92° weather, and it's miserable! I do always enjoy your videos, so I'll set aside the heatstroke for now. 😀😀
@robinfollmer4363 humidity was 72%. Today it's down to 48%. I used to live in El Paso where the temps got up to 115° but with about 10% humidity, it was bearable. Our humidity makes it feel like a steambath. Takes your breath away. But it will get worse when we hit those triple digits for a month.
Wonderful ideas and such clear instructions! Thanks!! Also want to let you know that I had to restart the video because I was laughing so hard about the subtitle/caption when the video started. It read “hello crap buddies” instead of “hello craft buddies.” I lost it!!!😂😂😂
Love the storage table. Umbrella stand creative. Liked the added pin idea. Put a planter holder with wheels for easier moving. Everything so useful and looked good. Planters were very lovely. Thank you for sharing all of the specifics.
OMG you are so talented!!! I love all your projects, I want to try the planters. Thank you for giving the awesome directions along with the cut list for all the projects!!
The small table is so beautiful and useful! The umbrella holder I’d so stunning! Wow, that is such a great idea to make a side table, it is amazing!oh my goodness, love the clothes dryer, fantastic! Loved the gorgeous planters! Whitney, I was born in Peoria!❤️❤️❤️
Oh Mt goodness Whitney ! I love, love, loved the simple little square patio stepping stone table. Genius Girl ! Lo e them all. As Always My Friend, Love & Blessings from Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️ xo
I loved this!! Those planter are stunning!! I’m in Michigan, our winters are brutal as well, I can’t tell you how many planters have “died” after being left out all winter! I may have to try building those this year!! Thanks for the inspiration, as always!!😻😻
There was a time when all my furniture and pots had to stay outside during my Illinois winter and I found stacking everything up on the most protected part of my patio and covering the pile with a plastic tarp really helped. Love MI. Spent many summers camping along the lake, New Buffalo to Macinaw. Even crossed the lake on the car ferry to WI.
Great video! Your lid for your outdoor storage is exactly what I needed to see. My next project is a milk can side table for the front porch of our house. Also, finally got some slap bracelets for my vinyl and small silicone mats. What a game changer! Just had to say thanks.❤
@Whiskeyandwhit Where did you purchase your outdoor furniture cushions? I’m SHOCKED at the price of cushions! I have a beautiful black enameled aluminum patio set with 6 chairs, but it’s time to replace the cushions and I’m finding the higher quality cushions are $50 and higher…for 6 chairs I’m looking at $300-400 total to replace the cushions (even off of Amazon). Would LOVE to have a link or any hints on where I can find updated cushions for less than $200 🙏. LOVE your channel!
I am STILL waiting on me 😊 to get those 2 toned planters built!! I printed the list out a long time ago. And now here is another summer and none to put out😂. Now I am in the thick of hitting businesses for a fundraiser I am doing for a 501C3 small non-profit I am the President of so this summer isn't looking to promising either. LOVE LOVE LOVE your wood builds and DIYs. Thank you for all you do for us.
Love all of these items. Love the pvc rack to dry clothes. Years ago I loved the summertime when we would hand all our clothes outside in the sun. They would dry so fast. Great memories. Have an awesome week and weekend.
I love when you share DIY projects, especially wood projects!. These DIYs are beautiful! I can't wait to try making the table and the flower boxes!!! Thank you.
I love all your outdoor projects. The outdoor storage is so versatile. I can see me using it during the winter to store throws. Thank you for creating these awesome videos.
I actually have that same Dolly shirt and got it from Wal-Mart😄 We all need a little bit of Dolly in our lives❤ Ok, so I haven't seen that Varathane, but I will definitely be on the lookout for it. All of these ideas Whitney, are FABULOUS!!🤩 Oh and LOVE the Ryobi tools. Hubby has many, maybe too many, lol, and he got me hooked a couple of years ago.
OMG you do such a wonderful job of explaining! I think we speak the same language. I would so love you to provide “details” about the Kreg pocket hole tools. I’ve been wanting to get one, but afraid to buy the wrong thing and not be able to use them. Seeing the cool table inspired me to want to try. Also, I’ve wanted to build planters….awhile back (again inspired by you) I flipped through the Anna White projects. Does she use pocket holes? I’m going to now watch your patio chair build - I need to replace mine….right now I’m focused on thrifting, but who knows what I might get myself into! I appreciate your generous spirit!
As always, Whitney, your wood diy builds are awesome!❤ I love them all! As always, thank you for sharing all of your hard work, creativity, talent, and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy, and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I used a wood round table top outside. I stained and sealed it, but it split a couple months. I’m in Alabama maybe that’s why bc it’s way hotter and more humid than most places.
Hi there! Oh no, the humidity could be to blame, was it in 100% sun all day too - sometimes if the sun is too hot it can warp the wood leading to splitting. Sorry that happened to you!
If you have a fence and a garage close together, just buy a retractable clothesline for $15.00 instead of all that PVC. I attached the clothesline holder to the garage and I slide the end of the rope between the fence boards. My line is on an angle but still drys the towels.
Great video. Love the patio DIY’s! Whit- what class are you teaching at the aft Worth Pinners Conf@? My sisters and I are coming and would love to go to yours and your groups. Do you have a list of theirs@?
