Are we brought into this world to go through all this? Why?
Wherever you both are now, I know you are in peace, existing or not, but you are in peace.

Are these the two girls who had Deep Brain Stimulation and were on a DR tv show with their mother? I thought it was a success. So sad to hear that they took their lives. RIP.

I have handwashing obsession. The worst part is the compulsion. I understand how you feel. I feel suicidal and hopeless sometimes. Please DON'T kill yourself. Our close friend died by suicide in 2012. My husband and I think of him and miss him EVERY DAY!
I have anger toward him sometimes and wonder HOW I could have helped. Someone will miss you. Don't do it, PLEASE GET HELP!!

Been dealing with OCD for almost 10 years, some days better than others. In order to cope with it, been living in my car going on years now. I have money and I work. I just simply prefer to own next to nothing and live out of my car.

Seems if they intentionally talk in breaks so they finish the comments of one another. The girl in the back seems to intentionally stop to let her sister finish off her statement. I wonder if that's another OCD or anxietry thing

I wonder how thier parents raised them, or if they were bullied/isolated by peers. Ocd happens to people that turn off thier emotions it's a survival mechanism. Thier not like this because they came from loving homes.(more like fearful wouldn't be surprised if parents were religious nuts or emotionally abusive) I speak from experience my childhood was a mess. Bad parenting, no friends at school because of the shame i carried. I became a slave to my thoughts looking for some sort of comfort. The long showers was one of them. What happened to them that triggered this.(RIP)

sony so i understand where you are coming from, but I sincerely believe, the mind, mental health, addictions( no disrespect intended bringing up addiction here) can be attributed to chemical imbalances. Years ago, diabetes, epilepsy,so many diseases were misdiagnosed. Only with study will our many hormonal systems be learned about. As it stands right now,if the drug companies cannot make. Tons of money on diseases, conditions, we will see orphan diseases and conditions cause suffering:(

Teresa Tanasi Yes, they are caused by mental imbalances. First came the psychological trauma,(pain) and that causes the chemical imbalance.

Sony So: Your comment is very important. My mother was verbally and mentally abusive to the point where it created a house of anxiety for me and my 5 siblings. I have terrible OCD as a result and I urge women to think twice before having children if they are not capable of love or are stressed out. We have all paid the price for my mother's poor judgment to have children. I did turn off my emotions and it was a survival mechanism for sure. The crippling anxiety from living with an abuser was horrible. I believe I have OCD because I had no environmental control as a child and I pour this into my anxiety/depression/OCD so that I feel like I have control as an adult. I don't date and live minimally knowing that life is short and I will be at peace some day. I did think the other day that when I am laid out in a coffin that I don't want any germs on me. LOL! I guess it won't matter at that point.

Cheryl Smith My mother was a covert narcissist. Narcisstic mothers damage thier children. They basically turn you into a codependent. Watch Lisa A Romano videos she speaks about the damage that narc. parents inflict on children. She lead a similar life to ours, and guess what she suffered from OCD/Depression. I don't date either my self esteem is so low, but picking up the broken pieces.

Chris Hendrickson Watch a lady named Teal Swan(anxiety videos) or life advice. My anxiety has gone down ever since I listened to her advice. Also watch Lisa A Romano she talks about codependency. You pretty much need to learn how to rewire your thinking. I would recommend the book I read by her called Codependent Now What. This well teach you how to do.

um, not at all. they have straight-up OCD and anxiety spectrum disorders, not some underlying issue. they just happen to have horrid anxiety, worse than most cases.
something tells me you're not a doctor, frankie.

These ladies were also into the occult which leads me to believe there was a spiritual component to their OCD.

  • @rosbergs3
    @rosbergs3 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

There is a spiritual component to what these sisters experienced. I read that they were vampires at a local haunted house. I saw pictures of them as young girls dressed all in black appearing to be very goth like. One of them had an ankh around her neck. The strange piercings. All these things can result in demonic possesion which resulted in this terrible OCD. I also read one of them said she was terrified of going to hell. I wonder if the mother dabbled in the occult or psychic phenomena as the girls were growing up. They needed salvation not suicide.

      You're a nut job.
Did John Bunyan and Martin Luther need salvation as well?
Did you realize that they likely struggled with years of religious OCD as well?
Are you aware that there are many Christians that suffer from this as well?
Tired of loons like you that want to blame everything on demons.
Yes God and demons are real. But that doesn't mean that just because someone is physically or mentally ill that they have a demon.
Churches are full of the mentally ill, delusional, and paranoid.
      I've seen it for myself.
