- A video showing you how fast the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus charges up from 1% to 100% using a Mediatek Pump Express 2.0 charger (Sony UCH12) and Sony USB type C cable (both came in the box)
Xperia XA1 Plus also comes with Qunovo adaptive charging which prevents the battery from degrading quickly which is one of the reasons why fast charging in limited on this phones.

I cant seem to find Sony's Quick charger UCH12 anywhere for sale online. If someone can provide link it be helpful.

rear camera performs extremely well in good light.very good shapness and color accuracy.
but sadly average clarity in low light.
selfies are average in good light and faces appear very soft.
Nice video, i want to point that this is the highest charging frequency in any other sony mobile, around 2100ma/h, but because the battery is big it doesn't look fast, however every 1% measures more than a 1% in a smartphone with a regular battery size.
By the way, how many mA is the output of the charger?? Could you please tell us.??

Thank you! ☺ The front camera is under the Gorilla glass 4 so that will be scratch resistant, I am not so sure about the rear camera. Since it is the same camera that was on Z5 I am sure the lens will be made up of plastic than glass, only time will tell how scratch resistant it really is.

Bro the phone didn't come with Qnovo 12 now where i can buy it i can't find it and how much it costs cuz on souq there is one and it's so cheap than expected i think it's a fake one
3 hours is pretty damn long time to charge a battery. Sony need to improve on this.
I think in reality I doubt anyone drains their battery all the way down to 1%. So if you charge, say from 20% to 90 it should take about 1 hour 20-30 minutes. But still it's quite a lengthy process. If you've noticed 90% to 100 takes an extra hour, the phone trickle charges the battery to extend its lifespan (I think that might have something to do with Qnovo adaptive charging) 🤔 I got a very similar result on XZP.
Why for me was uhc10 in box?
How it is possible your phone has 4 days of charge with 100%? Mine has days & 1 hour if I don't use stamina mode.
10 hours of SOT and the idle and android system aren't even on the top! WHAAAAAAAAT? how is that possible? i have xz and these two are always on the top idle is second and system is third always.
My Xperia XA1 came only with UCH20 charger. It is still charging fairly quickly, but it could be better. I don't really want to buy another adapter though, especially for the huge amount of money.

I have it too. Uch 20 xperia xa1 dual (g3112) and it takes maximum 1:30 hours
My phone takes 3 hours whit 30 minutes and when it was new about 3 hours only any one knows why
Me 0% to 100% take 6-7 hours

It won't help, I've tried it lol! The phone charges slowly, and there is no workaround for that! :(
Does this phone support QUICK CHARGER 3 ? & IF It support then how long it took to charge from 0% to 100% ? Slow charging is the only thing i hate in SONY Phones
Pip Hacker charging is very fast upto 75% than it goes a bit slow till 90% and than again a bit slow till 100%.to enhance battery life

In 1 hr 75 % but for reaching 100% it takes 3 hours
Turn it off while charging it will take 1 hour to charge

Depends upon what else is running on any mobile phone. If you simply put any phone on airplane mode and turn off screen, it's fastest way.
No, sadly it does not charge faster with airplane mode, tried it.

This is really crazy. Also, sad. While showcasing the pump express technology, mediatek team said that ot can charge 70 percent in only 20 minutes. But the reality is 22 Percent only, after 20 minutes. That's horrible, Man! What an expectation vs reality...
This might have something to do with Sony! They also capped the max charging speed on phones with Qualcomm QC.

My xz premium charge faster then xa1 plus. Hmm maybe because of smaller battery than XA1 plus
Same, but the difference isn't much, XA1 Plus took only a few minutes extra. I also think it is because of the slightly bigger battery.
