【Story about this dance】
While attending BMWS24 (Bethel Music Worship School 2024) from July 10-19, I worshiped with flag dance at the prayer chapel before morning devotion session. Rachel was my long-time friend in Redding, she goes to Prayer Chapel every early morning before the sunrise. Actually she is the first person introducing flag worship to me years ago. She is one of the key activators of my flag dancing worship! I am so glad to dance with her today (July 19, 2024). Look at her, dancing like a little girl joyfully at her 60s. Flag dance worship really can keep you healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually. Let's do flag dancing together...

我是 Jessica 陳怡潔，我從小就是手腳不協調，左右手不分的跳舞小白，感謝上帝在去年十月和十ㄧ月短短八週內，開通我跳旗舞的能力和染絲製旗的創意力，讓我像一隻長了翅膀的小鳥自由飛舞，呈現舞旗的美好！最棒的是跳旗舞讓我身體健康，心情放鬆，靈魂自由。在這頻道中我的舞蹈都是隨性而舞，沒有事先編舞，也沒有排練，都是一拿到音樂就開始跳舞～這就是旗舞的特殊迷人之處，非常適合跟我ㄧ樣也是跳舞小白的人喔！這影片中我手上拿的舞旗用具是使用 100% 真蠶絲手染縫製的絲旗，都是我親手製作的，我擅長製作天使旗，這支舞使用的是雙層藍白天使旗。如果您也喜歡我的旗子也希望使用這種舞旗用具來跳舞，歡迎跟我聯繫喔！
