One Piece TCG Tournaments are usually a Best of 1 game due to how long and varied the amount of interactions both players can have! Do expect Best of 1 for Tournament videos moving forward!
Question about this. If the games interactions are long to set bo1 format, then how is this video of the match fast? video editing? Did the stores set the Bo1 format, or is it in the rules? On average, how long does a game last?
@@Dreafon21 There are no official Bandai Tournament guidelines yet. I think they're waiting for the English version to come out before they announce Tournament Rules such as the number of games and whether or not we'll have access to a Sideboard.
Glad to see more people starting to realize the potential of the Starter Deck Law. Being able to untap one of your creatures On-Play when you play him for only 2 using the Leader Law's ability is so good. Plus he's got 6K Power just like the Super Rare Law so it forces the opponent's Leaders to have a Don attached to them if they want to attack into it or are forced to play a 2K Counter card or Event Card to stop it from going over their Leader.
Great commentary! Really helped me understand what was happening (your commentary and image of the card on screen)! And thanks for the deck lists too! Also, the player on the left had some expensive version of cards.
It might be a lot more effort to keep track of, but I wonder if it would be worth having trackers for rested/active DON (instead of just total DON), and cards in hand, since these seem to be quite core to understanding the relative strength of each player at each turn, but obviously the turns are quite quick so this may be a lot to keep track of for each video you edit. Thanks for the content though, great to see new OP content.
Will have to look into it. But yes its definitely gonna be a lot work to keep track for both players in a high pace edit game. Thank you for enjoying the content so far!
I disagree it's not hard to keep track of it we'll get used to it the more we play, the hassle it would make to do that might not be worth it on their end.
@@DPPChannel Thank you! That would have made my plays against my friend a lot less awkward. Been playing online for a few days after making a plugin for LackeyCCG.
Amazing commentary! Did you run this tournament yourself? And if so would you happen to have the decklists and pairings? I've been doing some data analysis on the tourneys I can find info for and it would be super helpful to have!
Hello. The hosting is mainly done by the LGS! I only help to cover the finals games. I usually keep track of the finalist and do tweet them regularly on my twitter! You may check it out there!
No offense but that kaido decklist seems bad, play mono purple myself and ulti is just so bad, 3 mana to ramp 1 mana she is basically a worse onigashima . The kaido player has too many cards with no counter value to defend with and too many high cost cards like 2 10 mana kaidos :|

Thanks for always posting gameplay bro!
Thanks for being awesome Asyraf!
This card game looks insane, can't wait for west release
You won’t regret it!
Can you do deck profiles and explain what the cards do? How about a overview of the cards of SET 01?
I could look into deck profiles down the road!

Glad it helped! Do stay tuned for more!

Definitely need to keep track of rested/unrested DON because of counter cards n things!

I had a question about Purple- Can you pay the Don -7 cost with attached Don?
Yes. DON- can be paid with DON on the field, which would include the attached ones underneath your Characters/Leaders

How do they got the cards
Does Kaido run no triggers? Those can be a godsent.
Nice video! Could you release the decklist? I would like to use it online.
Sorry, I was reviewing the video and now I could see it to the end and notice the decklist haha.
No worries haha
How many people on this event ?

I have a question, why didn't you use your onigashima on your turn?
Waste of don! Need to stay alive
Very excited for this game. Can't wait until we get all of the colors.
Nice game! Thank you so much! I will try that Law deck. Is the Law guy has twitter account ?
just to be sure on my pre orders, you need one green deck and one red deck for building that Law deck right?
Yea basically. It may help to get the romance dawn booster as well
You will have to pull romance dawn packs aswell since the leader and main cards are from those packs
@@markcolbers3698 singles is always the way but starter staples get harder and harder to get with time
so how does the colour scheme of OP TCG work? are you only able to play cards with the same colour of your leader?
Is this the op1 format?
Yes it is
Thanks for the one piece content! more pls :D
Nice Eli Ayase mat
you sold me on this game
I love this content what I subbed for
no way bro brings those sleeves and that mat in public
Rush Is the best ability in the game because of how attacker favoured the game Is
Oh my god, the law player so good

I agree it could be better. Afterall it’s the 1st weekend of release, people are trying things!
Combo wombo from the Law player!
