One thing about our food varieties and can use yam to create different meals even common Gari we can use gari to create many varieties gari mix with akara together with frid eggs mix with vegetables and mashed it together yummy every plantation food we can make 4 or more different meals with it so we just don't eat the some food every day it can be two different meals but you can repeat what you can afford thank you
