The chicken breast will be overcooked. In my case, I'd do a yellow rice with the same veggie ingredientes , putting finally on the plate the chicken brest only fryed . By the way that form of cutting the chicken brest is cool in orden to keep it juice.

Loved the cut on the chicken breast and the choice of leeks, garlic, carrots and rice. This may be a recipe for health/dietary requirements so some seasonings may not be appropriate. However fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary for aroma might help along with the addition of salt free onion, garlic, paprika powder or even the equivalent of Mrs. Dash (salt free seasoning in the States). The dish was beautiful and am looking forward to using your chicken cutting technique ❤️
The Green part is tough and flavorless. This is why most cooks discard it. This is not a cook here.. this is an awful flavorless "recipe". No seasoning and cooked that chicken too death. Water salt whole garlic and lemon at the end. I bet that chicken tastes like shoe leather specially after making all those cuts on top of the beast. This to me is an example of how not to cook. Frying bare chicken.. who does that? Nobody that's who.

Думаю, сначала обжарить лук-порей вместе с натёртой крупно морковью. После к нему выложить рис, перемешать, залить горячей водой, добавить специи, чуток соли и варить накрыв крышкой. Касательно мяса, то в растительное масло добавить соль (чтобы впиталось в мясо), перемешать и тогда обжарить мясо. В конце за несколько минут до готовности риса, к нему выложить это мясо и всё вместе доготовить, а после уже и подавать можно с тем салатом, что в видео, но заправить его, придав вкуса.
Всё хорошо, но я переживал за сковороду с тефлоновым покрытием. Когда вы скребли её щипцами и металлической лопаткой. я свою такую же сковородку (на покрытие у которой дают гарантию 10 лет) стараюсь беречь, пользуюсь только тонкой гибкой пластиковой лопаткой.

Если рис предварительно промыть и замочить в горячей воде, то вариться он будет минут 7-10. Вполне нормально.
Грудка не будет жёсткой, она будет просто никакая. Мне больше нравится грудка сразу после жарки.
Совершенно с Вами согласна: при длительной термической обработке, куриная грудка становится жёсткой и сухой
Думаю грудку можно заменить на голень
Замоченный предварительно рис варится 15-20мин, но грудки кур.после прожарки лучше в духовке допечь ,а рис отдельно сварить
