People speaking to each other & actually looking into each other’s face/eyes. Engaged in what was going on & not distracted by their cellphone. No “Selfies” or narcissistic videos. Great times!
Good old days. Should start a trend: Throw away your smartphone and be human again. :) Luckily i don't have a smartphone, so when I exit from my home I stay away from the internet, but I can see how people are glued to their smart phones even when they are going out to walk or when they are on a birthday and saddest thing I sometimes see is that parents give smart phone to little kids who even can't walk, so that their kid would be quiet. And of course some people even can't stay away from their phone when they are driving. Hopefully my English is understandable. :)

@@Kristjan519 I bought a phone I had in 2009, Sony Ericsson w810i, wanna try living with it see how it goes. Also picked up a pocket camera, canon ixus 60, so that's almost a full set for no-smart-phone experience

I'm well aware I'm typing this out on a social media type platform but I long for these times again - where people actually interacted with each other face to face and everyone had each other's full attention. Life was so much refreshingly simpler back then.
You said it. It really was. Went with a friend to pick up his 13 yr old daughter from a party. All the kids were staring at their phones barely talking to eachother it was so strange. I miss those days too where people interacted without the distraction of a phone or social media.

The year I got married February of 92,I got divorced in 2018,I always ate Little Debbie's and chili,so at Christmas time as a kid my parents gave me a big box of assorted Little Debbie's and a big box of can chili, along with other presents.
turning 3 in august, my sisters in july turned 11 & 13, & my sister turned 15 in june, & my brother turned 12 in june. my father turned my former age in july, & my mother will be my next year's age in november. had to wait a nearly a couple of years, for my brother to come alive.
