      I agree this is hard. It is like the top 3 most challenging things for students to grasp.

    Thank you! I was trying to wrap my head around why a leg extension machine may not be the best exercise to target the rectus femoris

      I appreciate the criticism. I enjoy learning new ways of thinking and understanding. Is there another way you have heard to explain the concepts that is more clear? I would enjoy checking that content out.
