hey man! Quick question, how can we make 80V or even 130v with this circuit if the max drain-source voltage of the IRFZ44n is only 55v? Also, how can I go to 130v if the MBR20100CT is only rated for 100v? Thanks!

hi, friend. a query. I have seen some similar circuits that use the uc3843 and the LM358. In this case, the lm358 is not used because the tl494 fulfills that function?
I don't understand about separate auxiliary coil circuit. but I tried to provide a 40v input coil voltage, and I removed the in4148 diode pin which goes to pin 12 of the IC along with the main VCC line. and I replaced it with a 12v external voltage. Do you want to make the separate auxiliary coil you mean?
hello. Sorry to bother you again. On the PCB there are 2 resistors in series (10 - 100) between input negative and output negative. does not match the diagram.
In the PCB I have used multiple resistors, these works as jumper to avoid shorting or making PCB more complex also output and input negative are common its just mistake of having 10 ohm or 100 ohm resistor in series of 10 ohm and 100 ohm. I will fix it in a moment. Thankyou
Sir , thank you so much for sharing your technical knowledge .
I am from Sri Lanka .
I notice that the current drop itself when you set it at 5A also voltage jump by itself?!
Thanks sir for effort ❤
because current is constant, thus the voltage will automatically regulate as the load
Just amazing... Excellent.
Many thanks!
Thanks for sharing
Keep up the good work
Thank you too
Very good job lovely project
most welcome
Furthermore, in the pcb that you show already assembled in the video, you can see less resistance.
hi, friend. Could you make a new video clarifying the differences between the circuit and the pcb?

If the principle diagram you shared with the printed circuit components you shared is wrong, it looks very different from electronic components.
in the PCB I used jumper wire as resistor symbol which is not shown in circuit all the components and their values are written on top silk layer
Thanks for your reply on last comment one thing more, so now there is no need for jumpers that you connected at bottom of pcb(1resistor and 1jumper)
still needed the jumper as shown in form of resistor

just upgrad the output diode and increase the number of turns in the secondary side of transformer
The capacitor at the output do not look like 100uf It is 47uf/150v does it work well؟؟
you can use higher capacity capacitor like 470uF or 1000uF this makes output stable
Why optokuplor? And what turn transformer, primer, seconder?
The PC817 optocoupler is for voltage feedback, with the transformer’s primary and secondary coils each having 16 turns.
