She smokes cigarettes as a way to cope with her stress/anxiety.... Lana is a shy person and suffers from stage fright. Ofcourse smoking is bad by all means, especially for a singer as it makes her shorter of breath and hinders her ability to hold longer notes... But if smoking a puff or two can help her relax, let it be. I'm glad she's not resorting to other alternatives like drugs or alcohol..

She's so attractive in smoking assuredly. It might still be easier to see for those who usually are sensitive to watching ladies smoking like I do but then, being one of the biggest singers and smoking on stage still is something that catch.
While the crowd yelling and singing along loudly may annoy viewers I don't think it's a bad thing because it actually encourages the artist. Can you imagine how awkward a band or singer would feel if everyone in the crowd was just standing around silently because they didn't want to interfere with the audio quality of anyone who may be filming? I understand how the yelling while she was trying to talk in the beginning would get annoying but if you've ever been to a concert you would know that that's to be expected.

What's with people who don't expect crowd singing at concerts? Obviously haven't been to many concerts in their lives. With videos like these, the crowd is usually muted, so the sound quality from a video standpoint is better. But at the actual show- you WILL hear people singing.

The difference with Lana is you go to experience her. When you go to a concert you have the opportunity to sing with her and she likes to hear the audience sing along, she loves us like we love her. She doesn't have a screaming band, she's not screaming or autotuning, she's singing, and MAKING you listen.

I saw her two days ago; the fans were ridiculous. I mean, I understand how exciting it is to see her, but they were disrespectful. People would not shut the fuck up. I didn't pay over $500 for a ticket to hear THEM sing. A guy was behind me screaming and doing Indian chants and crying. The fans act like puerile imbeciles. She was amazing, but those fans were by far the most annoying I have ever encountered at a concert. Show some respect and let everyone listen to the music. Singing along some is alright but not for EVERY DAMN SONG. I paid to see her, not the fans. I just focused on her the entire time and tried to block the others out...
Dahlia Rhodes I can imagine!!!! I saw a concert of her from Germany (Berlin, Hamburg) and the people were, compared to these fans in the Video, quite and attentive!!! Time to time someone was shouting nice things to her, but most of them were actually listening and only clapping/shouting AFTER a song was finished!!!!
Dahlia Rhodes I saw her last week and it was exactly like you described it except without the Indian chants. I found it odd, but unusually stimulating and satisfying. I was sing along and crying a bit myself. She is a special entertainer and her fans adore her. It's quite obvious. You can watch her live performances from all around the world and you see/ hear the same thing over and over. It's part of the LDR experience. I adore her.

What's with people who don't expect crowd singing at concerts? Obviously haven't been to many concerts in their lives.
With videos like these, the crowd is usually muted, so the sound quality from a video standpoint is better. But at the actual show- you WILL hear people singing.

The difference with Lana is you go to experience her. When you go to a concert you have the opportunity to sing with her and she likes to hear the audience sing along, she loves us like we love her. She doesn't have a screaming band, she's not screaming or autotuning, she's singing, and MAKING you listen.

She definitely can sing live, there is no autotune and other bullshit in her songs, she sounds off when she sings live sometimes because she is either fully drunk or drugged on stage, but I don't fucking mind. Lana, you rock.

I saw her two days ago; the fans were ridiculous. I mean, I understand how exciting it is to see her, but they were disrespectful. People would not shut the fuck up. I didn't pay over $500 for a ticket to hear THEM sing. A guy was behind me screaming and doing Indian chants and crying. The fans act like puerile imbeciles. She was amazing, but those fans were by far the most annoying I have ever encountered at a concert. Show some respect and let everyone listen to the music. Singing along some is alright but not for EVERY DAMN SONG. I paid to see her, not the fans. I just focused on her the entire time and tried to block the others out...
Dahlia Rhodes I can imagine!!!! I saw a concert of her from Germany (Berlin, Hamburg) and the people were, compared to these fans in the Video, quite and attentive!!! Time to time someone was shouting nice things to her, but most of them were actually listening and only clapping/shouting AFTER a song was finished!!!!
Dahlia Rhodes I saw her last week and it was exactly like you described it except without the Indian chants. I found it odd, but unusually stimulating and satisfying. I was sing along and crying a bit myself. She is a special entertainer and her fans adore her. It's quite obvious. You can watch her live performances from all around the world and you see/ hear the same thing over and over. It's part of the LDR experience. I adore her.
