I read half of it and then i was done . I didn't complete. I hated the protagonist of the story and bro why Hassan had to suffer so much? He was the only humane character. I liked Rahim Khan though, he tried to talk some sense into that Amir 😏
I used to think i’m very emotionally vulnerable because i always cry easily , during dramas or real life even But i haven’t cried a single time because of a book and it makes me mad 😭 like the kite runner is probably the saddest one i’ve read so far and I didn’t shed a single drop just my heart felt tight
This is the most gut wrenching book I've read. I read it when I was 16 and actually left the last chapter or so because I was beyond traumatized. I would actually recommend NOT to read it.

If you don't cry reading this book,you didn't really read it,i cried multiple times but it's worth it
