may I ask the assessment requirement said use green pen does it mean I use green pen to chart ? also if temp 40, bp 95 news score total 4 ,monitor every one hour ? cause there's 2 urgent response threshold ?

the meaning of more emergency threshold mean two or more category score 3 ?

All the pen you need will be provided and each station will only have the color required for that station.

@unifiedosce5580 what I meant is you started with blood pressure which is circulation..airway was verbalised and breathing was done after circulation, because I failed this particular homeless assessment and am going for a resit that is why am curious

Hi, for carrying out the Assessment, any order is fine. But for covering the A-E whenvyou verbalise, it has to be structured order.
